Their service is really good. Highly recommended. I like their Zo special facial. My skin glows but one thing made me really disappointed that I made an appointment for hydrafacial they said they do that. I made an appointment, went there for hydrafacial. They didn’t say me nothing. When I went to the room for my hydrafacial service the lady said that their hydrafacial machine is really aggressive and it will make bruises on my skin! Really? They should tell me that earlier. However she said she will give me the best facial which is Zo special facial , it will make my skin glow and it’s cheap also than hydrafacial. Which is true. I came to Timeless Beauty in June to get a massage and facial and absolutely fell in love with the kind, caring, talented, and knowledgeable staff at this wonderful Medspa! They truly care about their clients and will do all they can to ensure that we are satisfied. After explaining to Sonya and Lisa Marie that I had failed to take care of myself for years due to a chronic pain disease, they helped set me up with a monthly subscription for facial treatments that saves me money and ensures that I get the treatments I need every month. These ladies changed my life and have reminded me of the importance of self-care. Lisa Marie is exceptionally talented and her heart is pure gold. Zero stars. Very unprofessional. Claim they sent out text messages a month ago that they were no longer accepting Groupons. Not accurate, but regardless I made my appt last week and stated it was a Groupon. No one said a word about not taking them. I drive 35 min to my appt today and speak with the lady at the front desk who asks me immediately if this was a Groupon. She then tells me all of the above. I ask why in the world would this have not been told to me when booking or in the several texts reminders! She says " we would be happy to keep your appt if you want to pay the $250."
