First off, let me start by saying this is Jack-in-the-Box. I don’t expect nothing fancy second I understand that the employees at the night shift. See all kinds of stuff, but that does not give them the right to mistreat a paying customer and treat me the way that I was treated at this place, I paid almost $30 to get some food for me and my kids. My baby was thirsty so I asked the lady to give me some water after I had paid for my food not only did she begin to tell me that I wasn’t gonna get any water. Her first excuse was that the establishment did not pay the water bill and there was no water which is hard to believe because this is a corporate location and Jack-in-the-Box is supposed to be a corporate company. You guys are not being represented very well at this location. then I asked why are you guys open if there is no running water at the restaurant that’s unsanitary then she got mad at me and said she did not give a damn that A previous customer had thrown a cup of water at her. I told her my baby is thirsty. I would like to get some water. And that whatever someone else did didn’t have anything to do with me then she said I could go ahead and talk to the manager if I had a problem so I asked for the manager Then She shut the window in my face so I waited to get my food but then once I got my food and not only did she throw my food at me, but then she slammed the window before I even got a chance to ask if I could please have some ketchup for my fries, so I gently knocked on the window to ask politely for condiments and she started pressing some sort of alarm and badmouthing me through the window, so I decided to pull up my phone and start recording for my own safety because at this point, I believe that she was calling the police. I don’t know what kind of drugs she is on, but maybe you guys should start drug testing your Employees because that was not a normal human interaction another thing why would she take her anger out on a random Paying customer my son was thirsty. He’s not even a Two year old child This is crazy I wish I could post a video to show you guys the crackhead activity going on inside the establishment. No wonder they call it. Read moreFIVE men asked me 4 $ during time I drove around & was trapped in Jàck's drive-thru. One DEMANDED $ & was shockingly THREATENING AND INTIMIDATING. Beggars are a constant nuisance there, but this man TOTALLY different. Youngish female employee agreed HE IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. She said they've called repeatedly but DPD wont do anything.
Instead of serving me at window when my turn, was required to pull around bldg 2 wait 4 food. Took FOREVER. Left off items I noted were important when I ordered. Dine-in closed so had to get BACK in drive-thru, ask 4 items again, ask them if ok 2 move back to my previous waiting/ignoring me spot- after ridiculously long original wait. Only 2 cars in line, & several employees, so WHY(?!?!) such a long 2nd wait ONLY TO BRING CONDIMENTS (at least ones they werent out of)?! HORRIBLE SERVICE ........but better than last visit when their app was messed up (Jàck's employee confirmed they having app issues that night), app sent order to different store, didnt ask me 1x & definitely didnt verify 2nd time i was ordering from correct Jack. Order sent to Address 30 min away. Wrong Jack location popped up as soon as order sent. Asked 4 help from these employees IMMEDIATELY!!! They said too bad and I'd have to drive to other Jack to pick up order. I had to reorder directly from them and pay for everything again. Other Jack didn't answer phone, so no one would help me. Had to call customer service and try to get it straightened out. Not sure they made it completely right. Definitely lost time and money, was hugely inconvenient, and got horrible service from two Jack In The Box restaurants at once....
Read moreI really would give it no stars if I could I would preference this by saying my husband told me not to go here. I just paid 15 dollars for a chicken sandwich and cold fries. There wasn’t a long line until the order in front of me was wrong but then they got my drink wrong because the girl at the window told me to hurry up and pull to the window then she has an attitude I talk to the shift on duty and explain that the girl was trying to charge me 2 dollars for a large drink instead of a medium. I asked for the district manager’s name and number and was told it was on the door. I pull around no number just a website get back in my car check my bag before driving off bite my sandwich cause last time I got spicy chicken and notice no mozzarella sticks in my bag. I IMMEDIATELY drive back through and they accuse me of stealing that they put it in the bag. Luckily there was a security guard right there cause I was sure about to call the cops. Even after Mr Kenneth searched my car and no mozzarella sticks these ppl still didn’t replace it told me to call in the morning when the manager is there which I was told by Mr Kenneth she ms Betty wouldn’t do anything. This store is ridiculous. U want me to hurry up and get out of the drive thru to keep ur times down but if I have an issue your not gonna fix it? Apparently everyone at this store is perfect they don’t care about customers or getting orders right. This has to be stopped they should not be able to treat ppl this way! Very rude disrespectful and thieves cause I still don’t have my food...
