They mistakenly sent my $1500 package under another customer's label to Texas as an Amazon return. The package was just supposed to go a couple cities over. Owner initially was very apologetic and offered full compensation for potential damages. The package was then sent back to said customer's house instead of back to UPS. When the package was finally relocated and inspected there was clear shipping damage. Owner backpedaled and took back his offer for compensation. The other employees seemed nice and understanding but the manager was a nightmare. He had the gall to blame me for improper packaging and that I'm "lucky the package was returned at all". Oh yea. Mike and his staff were SO incredibly kind and considerate. They honestly cared about my package arriving as much as I did. They actually took the time to call me personally when my friend's box of gifts arrived safe and sound!
