Swarovski — Local services in Danbury

Today was my first time going to Swarovski and I had a wonderful experience. Being there in person, the Jewelry and the Crystal's were Elegant and Gorgeous. Crystal Expert Stiljan was so amazing. Stiljan was so great providing Information about the Jewelry and crystals; Also information in general about the company. I loved how Stiljan was very enthusiastic and encouraging, it made me consider to buy Jewelry from the store in the future. Swarovski you can do better! With such a prestigious brand you would expect your experience to be of that caliber; However, it appears that Swarovski needs to invest in hiring/training of their staff! Completely unprofessional and not very friendly. Staff just wants to make a sale and did not meet the needs of their client. I will not be returning to this location until the staff has been replaced! Not worth my money or time. This place is lucky that it even gets a star. I came to this store last week to buy myself something nice. I was not greeted, nor was I asked if I needed assistance the entire time I was there. I felt very uncomfortable because I was being watched by an employee. The glass cases were so dusty and filled with many fingerprints!!! It’s as if the glass hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.
