Absolutely wonderful service. I am a professional interior designer working out of Wilmington, NC. Vitaly, the owner of Nova Interiors was able to reserve hides from the same dye lot overseas to provide a matching additional piece for a high end leather sectional. I took a chance in ordering this specialized, custom piece for a client building a contemporary home. As anyone in the business knows, good things take time. When the last piece arrived, as promised, I had it installed and it looks perfect! Vitaly was also very responsive throughout the process. Absolutely amazing. We just bought a new bedroom set from Novainteriors, and had great experience from the minute we walked into the store. The person who was helping us was actually the owner of the store, his name is Vitali. He helped us to chose the right color and design that would fit our bedroom. He told us it would take about a week or so for delivery; the bedroom set was delivered 5 days after we placed the order. Vitali came to delivery as well to ensure that everything was done properly and we are satisfied with our purchase. Everything looks and seems great when you buy it, but beware of the service and quality. I bought a platform bed for $2,000, and the frame is a piece of junk and they do NOT stand behind their product...i was just told we needed to buy a better frame. This is after 3+ months of them telling me they were going to fix this...

As others have said, it may be slightly lower prices, but its because there is a catch...or a problem...
