Don’t even know where to begin. I hired Total Entertainment initially on a recommendation from a woman who rented the same public park area that I had scheduled for my daughter’s wedding. The God’s were looking out for me on that day. She reported that Total took care of everything ... well I proceeded to test them on “everything”. The wedding was scheduled for early October and as you may expect the weather roller coaster started about 3 weeks in advance. Changed tent sequence right up to the Wednesday before the wedding added and subtracted rental pieces at will ... Total’s response was always the same no problem we got it. Oh I did forget to mention I had a heart attack 2 weeks before the big day(double bypass required). I would recommend this company for any venue large or small wonderful people to deal with in a world of “better check the fine print” companies. Thank you Total Entertainment I don’t think I could have done it without you ......

We had a great experience with Total Entertainment to put on an all-night "lock-in" party at Belmont High School in June 2022. Total Entertainment offered the best value of all the companies we contacted. They were able to accommodate all our needs at relatively short notice and helped us to work within a limited budget. Rich Kraby, the owner, was particularly patient and flexible with the many changes to the contract we requested as our event planning developed. The company worked within our tight windows for delivery and pick-up. Set-up and disassembly went smoothly as well. Equipment was in good condition, and everything functioned as intended. The personnel they provided (tattoo artists, photo booth attendant, mechanical bull operator, hypnotist, etc.) were excellent: professional, friendly, and nice to work with. We were very happy with the experience and would recommend to anyone looking to streamline event planning and work...

I am one of the owners of Essex Woods Meeting and Retreat Center in Essex MA. We were in a BIG scramble to find a tent for a large group coming in October! NO one had tents and no one wanted to talk to me about tents! Then I called Rich at Total Entertainment and we decided we could put 2 tents together to make the one big tent I needed in order to book this event of 75 people. A group that has been coming every year for 10 years! The good stuff didn't stop there - The crew that came to set up the tents were also amazing. They worked with me to figure out the best configuration for the platform and in the end the group that came was thrilled - as were we. Thank you Rich and team for saving the day for us!
