Hired "Big Red" as they call him, unfortunately he should start looking into a different career. I reached out to Jayden since I was going to the Mohegan Sun Tattoo Convention on April 14th. Had an appointment he attempted to do 2 tats one on my arm, the other on my right shoulder. The one on my arm, the lettering is already fading and it's only been a little over a month. He blames that on me saying, "it's the wrist". Yea okay buddy, not quite. Never heard of such a lame excuse and you claim you are an "artist" lol. The main issue is the one he did for my dead dog, a tribute to my Sadie and he can't even put the dates straight. Ignored my messages for quite some time until I threatened him with small claims. Oh wow! What do you know! He replied and rather very quickly. He knows he hacked the numbers but to "make it right" he wants to make the numbers bigger and with possibly "white highlights". No i don't think so. I want it right if I wanted the numbers smaller, bigger, with "highlights" I would of done it with that but no, that's the choice he gave me and for being a "professional artist " you don't make mistakes like this. Just a line with the numbers STRAIGHT how hard is it? Well apparently Big Red should go back to some basic training skills. With that being said, the BEST part is that since he can't accept he messed up so he has to go and tell me to "suck his left nut, the other one he's saving for my mother" that's what I've been told and that since I "wanted a war, I got it". All messaged from a "professional tattoo artist". So if you want to get a tattoo and get it messed up I guess he's your man. If you want to be told to suck his genitals, go for it however someone who talks like this to his own client obviously shouldn't be a "tattoo artist" as he claims. Such a shame hiring someone who can't even do the numbers straight.. I think back to some training classes will do him well in the near future......do not go here if you want a screwed...
Read moreI went for a walk-in yesterday and sat with Sarah for a hand piece to extend an existing sleeve. Not only did Sarah take the time to really look at my existing work to match the style, but we sat for a while to find the perfect flower to fit my hand. Sarah was such a pleasure to sit with. She's professional, excited and passionate about art, has a light hand, and was easy to talk to. I truly enjoyed spending the afternoon with them and cant wait to go back for another. The shop itself was clean and beautiful. The team functions as a family unit, and it shows. They were all just as professional, welcoming and easy to talk to as Sarah. I honestly cant recommend this shop enough. Legacy Tattoo far exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for amazing color-work and a great experience in the North Shore area, Sarah is...
Read moreI highly recommend Mario and his studio Legacy Tattoo. I went there to get my first tattoo last week and from start to finish it was a great experience. My tattoo was to celebrate the adoption of my daughter, a similar age to his. The space was welcoming and very clean. Mario was super friendly and helpful with my design idea and determining placement. Being my first time I was very nervous, he took time to walk me through step by step and chatted with me about our daughters to keep me at ease. My design was relatively simple and came out beautifully. In viewing his other more complex and detailed work in the studio I was so impressed. It is extraordinary - what a...
