Moved here from New Jersey, I called about a stove, ensured me they had what I was looking for that I had seen online, someone came got my money and 7 HOURS later got my stove after 8 pm in the evening. Not only was it used it was worn around the dials AND it was DIRTY NOT TO MENTION broken! I have paid on it for 3 weeks now and FINALLY got a call yesterday they have a brand new stove in for me to deliver today between 2-7, an entire afternoon into the evening, I HAD to pick up my kids from school, my son in law was home, rather they begin to move the new one in and take old one out they LEFT said to call, they were gone TWO mins. when I Called back to get it delivered. They said they would get to me after he was through with the delivery he was on, called at 530 was told he was on the way, just called again 40 minutes later, told the same! It takes 20 mins to get anywhere in this town! I cant believe the attitude I got on the phone and the expectation of dealing with that kind of professionalism....

Updated: They have officially crossed a line into tactless behavior and predatory lending services. I have been with them two months and have paid them and had an auto pay. I opened a new bank account. I told them I was I literally in an extreme labor with a high risk pregnancy at UVA and I’d call them and give them the bank info once I delivered and was better. They couldn’t wait. While in labor, I gave them my new card info for the payment and she then couldn’t wait to get it enrolled into autopay despite just getting payment and being told repeatedly I was in labor and very ill. Read moreThieves and Liars! Read the fine print! The employees representing this company are appalling. They will charge you for a club membership you DON'T NEED, and lie to your face about doing it! Read the contract before you sign!! I declined the club membership and the extra insurance, yet they billed me for it anyway. Then they refused to take the furniture back when I tried to return in the first month. The account manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. She yelled at me over the phone and then hung up on me...twice! The store GM did finally addressed the situation, but only after several calls to corporate customer service. The local store does not follow or uphold corporate standards. Plenty of other furniture stores in Danville, stay away...
