If I could rate 0 out of 5, I CERTAINLY would. Service was absolutely terrible. My first experience was with Carol herself and it was prom dress shopping. She wasn't nice at all until she realized I might buy a dress that day. She proceeding to ignore my wants in a dress, insulted me while I was in another, and said that "You should never look for something modest in this day and age. Grow up and be ok with showing skin." An experience my friend had while shopping their was Carol telling her (while she was trying on wedding dresses for her big day) that the dress would only look good if she was skinny. She is pushy, she jacks up the prices, and there is an obvious lack of service if she doesn't find interest in you. 0/10 would...

Read moreIf I could give it 0 stars I would! I have purchased 3 dresses for proms for my daughters here and went back to get one for this year. Carol is extremely pushy and told my daughter to get a dress with a slit in it up to almost her vagina. I told her we like modest dresses and she berated us in front of a store full of people. They are pushy about their old lady costume jewelry as well. These dresses are years old and very overpriced. She covers up the manufacturer item number and puts her own number over it so you cant see the year made or original price. DON'T TRUST...
