This is a wonderful little house and property that has a unique story. The house is beautiful and the property and garden are so pretty. The apothecary part is so neat, you really don’t get to see things like this at most historical sites. Very unique part of the tour.

Very interesting piece of history! Loved the tour and all the details provided by the guide! The antiques were amazing! Dr. McDowell was very bright and passionate about medicine.The house, garden, and Apothecary were timeless. Takes about 45 min. Well worth the $8. Went to the museum yesterday and had a fantastic time! The guide was great and very knowledgeable about the history of the house and it's previous residents. Definitely opt for the story about the surgery itself, it was really interesting. It's located in Constitution Square, which is also neat to wander around and look at all the little...
