I returned a top today that I had bought yesterday and didn't have the tags. Too small. So being helpful I went to get another one with tags so the person could have the info. When I came back the person (I believe her name is Elisha - seemed to be a lead person) proceeded to fold the top up, shoved it at me and said "This smells washed." I assured her I did not wash it. She stuck to it. Said she needed to speak with the manager about it. I was glad she was. She was really loud. Really rude. Lots of people standing around hearing. I said maybe she should 'smell' the one on the hanger. She said "Well it wouldn't smell like the one you're trying to return because you've wash it." I asked her if she was calling me a liar and she just looked me in the eye, smirked and shrugged her shoulders. She stomped back to search out manager. Meanwhile he came up. I quietly spoke with him. He in turn spoke with her. And yes of course I got the refund.

I've shopped this store frequently since it opened. If this is the way someone in authority treats your loyal customers then I think an employee meeting is in order and sooner rather than later.

Will I stop shopping here? No. Because I like your shop towels. Will I buy...

I understand the "Going out of business" gimmick. They just jack the "Original Price" up 300% to make the "Sale Price" of 20-30% off seem like your saving money. I bought an outdoor garage heater for $125 after the 40% "savings" and saw the same heater at tractor supply for a normal $75 everyday price. Smh, just close the doors already and stop taking money from people you are lying to. Used to be something called truth in advertising which held businesses accountable for such things. Good ol...

No one helped, a bunch of kids standing around goofing off. (supposedly the staff). Asked at the service desk for an item...I'm thinking this was a manager, was told they didn't have this item. While shopping around, found said item. Very poor customer service. Nothing is priced. Had to bring several items to checkout to find out price, when I said something was told, they are just starting to stock..truly if they stock items, they should also be priced. This isn't a yard sale. Not happy with...
