7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Danville

They were on point and the staff was usually attentive and efficient, but lately, the last few times haven't been good. It's either the service or the milk coffee. I went at 12 on a Tuesday and was the second car in line. 3 employees walked out the door, looked around, and all went back inside. Alright, I’ll wait…… I pull up and sit in my car watching 6 kids laugh, stand around, and talk and do nothing, so after 5 minutes (if you're in line with no other customer, that’s a long time.) After 5 minutes of just watching them look at me and ignore me, some girl came out and asked me what I ordered, and I said…….nothing I've ordered nothing. She said oh, so she took my order, and it came out in two minutes and was disgusting. My coffee was creamer and gross. Something happened; they started great with fantastic coffee and a fun atmosphere, but now they have no leadership to teach these kids. If 6 people are working, and one customer is in line, you at least acknowledge the customer and say Hi! One moment and go back to whatever. You can't teach job skills to kids who have never had real jobs before, train them for a month, and then let them go. The last few times have been disappointing. I like this place and was so excited, and I go more than I should, so please, please get it together so we don’t lose another...

Well I will say my wife and I were really excited about a new coffee place in the area. I can say we have been alot alot. SO this review isn't based on one time. In the beginning is was amazing service drinks everything. Overtime is has gotten progressively not acceptedable, the drinks are good when they are, but when they are bad they are bad. The inconsistency is just all over the place. The atmosphere at time is a NIGHT CLUB during midday, which I don't mind the music but it can be toned down alot when I have to get off the phone while in the car bc I can't even hear my conversation at all. Another is one day a young lady was hanging on my mirror of my brand new car not even the first payment. She had gotten rude and walked off never came back which we were shockes how rude and unprofessional. As of lately they may have the other laned closed they will take one order at a time which before they used to. We just need some managers to manage and teach this kids how to work not making tiktoks ignoring customers. Please management help this place so it can...

Always enjoy stopping in every Saturday morning with my husband, get the same order every week & always great. This morning, we pulled up, you could see no one was in there but it had just turned 5:30 so not a big deal. A minute later, a car pulls up, so everything seemed to be okay. We waited, the young lady asked what we needed, I used my phone number and ordered the same orders as we do & when we are handed our drinks, I could tell mine was off. The chiller was almost white, with needing to be at work there was no time to turn around. I tasted it & as I knew it would be, it was horrible. It tastes like iced milk with a little shot of espresso. I always get the cinnamon roll with salted caramel, no taste of either of those in this drink. Employees running late is completely understandable & it happens but rushing & making drinks under sub par because of it, isn't.
