Culver’s — Restaurant in Danville

First, the restaurant is clean and the food is was very good.

However, one of the table bus employees, she came by grinned at my toddler and then took her hand and rubbed it over my toddlers face. My wife and I were shocked. At another table less than 5 minutes later, I watched the same employee do the same act rubbing her hand across another child’s face. That employee was also handling a sweeper, a table rag, and other customers trays - unsanitary items

I immediately went to front asked for a manager and informed him what took place, he seemed to take care of it and speak to the employee.

I hope the employee receives some training of appropriate employee to customer, especially children, conduct and contact.

There was an add on the board that said today's special. 10 pieces of shrimp for $10.59. When the clerk rang them up they rang up around 4 or 5 dollars higher. When one clerk came up she said oh we don't have daily specials. Before the manager came to the front to talk with us the add was removed. We were treated like we could not read. I was always taught you would receive what the add says then fix your problem next. In this case it did not happen. We did not get the shrimp special nor any shrimp. I ordered the New Wisconsin cheese sandwich ( two total as my daughter ordered one also) I got home and they made melts with rye bread and grilled onions but they did add the bacon that I had ordered. I called back a couple days later as I was moving on that particular day and could not return to the store and the manager that I spoke to on the phone asked why I didn't bring it back on that day. He said there was nothing he could do. I told him that I was fairly unhappy and it didn't seem to bother him in the slightest.
