Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Danville

The first time we tried to get food from here they was some how out of chicken. Went back a couple weeks later and it was quite possibly the worst experience I've had at a fast food restaurant. I went thru drive thru and for starters the lady was rude and unprofessional. She was repeating everything I said to another worker and then she said we have a 7 minute wait on chicken and when I said that's fine I'll wait on it she actually sighed like she was disappointed I would wait and then we went on and after repeating everything I ordered to the other lady many times and hearing her joke around and tell the coworker to get it together when she wasn't hearing the order correctly I got to the window and paid she said pull around to the green fence, I never saw a green fence so I just parked up front. Waited 20 minutes in my car before going in to wait another 10 minutes for them to get it ready. Got the food back to the office and they didn't have the order right, which they should have because she repeated it and corrected it many times. The fries that were supposed to be mashed potatoes were cold and soggy and the sandwiches weren't all correct. I told my coworkers I will never go back there to get us lunch. They need better staffing or management. Or both. Kinda sad too because if the food was fresh and correct it would have been...

I am done supporting this business the food has went down tremendously! They have no problem passing you OLD FOOD , re fried food right out of the window like there’s nothing wrong I just paid almost 20$ for my food I ordered a 5piece spicy 2 sides and a pie the spicy was old and re fried! I came back and asked for a fresh order of 5 piece spicy I wasn’t rude even though I was upset at what they had just gave me they said okay pull around snd they wanted the old chicken back no big deal I get yo the window I tell the employee look at he says that’s because it’s been sitting up there! Like what ! That’s not okay so he says wait 15mins in the parking lot I wait he bro gs it out I say thank you he just walks off (rude) but okay get the new chicken snd it’s fresh this time but not spicy ! Like a waste of time I’m not going back AGAIN ! They are just not professional or courteous to our community it’s really a shame! Worst experience ever!!!!!!! When we pulled up to the speaker we were asked to hold on before ordering and were finally asked to order about five minutes later. (It didn’t seem busy.) We ordered, pulled up, paid, and got our drinks, and then were asked to pull forward and wait again. We finally got our order and didn’t get the correct side with one of our meals. The entire time it took between pulling up to the speaker and finally driving away was about thirty minutes. And we didn’t even get our entire order. (We ordered regular sized meals for three people and there were maybe three cars total including ours in the drive through during the half hour we were there. I’ve worked fast food before. I know it can be rough… but this was a pretty insane wait time…)

I will point out that the food was fresh when we got it and the French fries were very tasty. They also gave us A LOT of fries… one of the portions of fries was supposed to be mashed potatoes, but they did give us a lot of the fries, so at least...
