Take 5 Oil Change — Local services in Danville

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been a loyal customer of this Take 5 location since it opened, and every visit has been a positive experience—but today was truly exceptional. David M. and Jason went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. My pregnant girlfriend was with me, and they went out of their way to make sure we were both comfortable during the visit. Their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were unmatched.

Not only did they make us feel valued as customers, but their teamwork and dedication to delivering top-notch service were evident from start to finish. It’s rare to encounter this level of care and pride in what they do, and it’s a testament to their hard work and commitment.

Fast, Efficient and Friendly! Every time I’ve been there, I felt like I have gotten not only great service but honest service. I don’t have a clue what kind of oil I should be getting or if my filter I needs changed. (I know I probably should) But I can see with my own eyes when they pull out an oil filter and it’s super gross that it’s time to change it. When they tell me, I need XYZ oil and I agree to it, but then they realize they are out of that brand so they have to give me a lesser brand for a cheaper price…. that’s honesty to me. They could put in the cheapest oil possible and charge me the highest rate and I would not know the difference. They don’t appear to have a high staff turnover bc I see the same techs working there each time I return. I was less than satisfied with my service. I came here on my lunch break because their motto is "the stay in your car, 10 minute oil change." I was able to stay in my car, but I was there 40 minutes (and there were no other cars ahead of me) When I pulled up, I was handed a bottle of water, given a verbal list of services that were offered, and then was asked "sooo...do you still want an oil change?" The small talk amongst the 2 gentleman doing my change was very unprofessional. It was very off-putting to hear them discussing a belt that had broke after i was asked to pop my hood BEFORE pulling into the bay so my belts could be checked. My receipt shows that my windshield was cleaned and wipers checked. Neither were done.
