This place is terrible. I just left and I won’t ever be back. Wasn’t greeted. No one even paid attention to me being there. Hate to play the race card (I give people the benefit of the doubt) but I’ve never felt so out of place as a black man. The woman behind the desk is the worst. Rushed to throw my jewelry in an envelope when I only asked for pricing to fix a bracelet. Asked to get my diamonds tested and she didn’t even pull out a magnifying glass before saying “nah these are all CZ”. This place is a nightmare! No one that works there knows simple math!! They constantly make mistakes and lose out on there own money and try and make the customer liable so it doesn't fall back on them. They are so shady and each and everyone of them looks strung out on some kind of drugs. Mr. Randy and his employees are the best in the business to deal with. They are very knowledgeable in everything from jewelry, tools, electronics, guns etc… etc…. We are always greeted when we walk in the door with a smile on their face.
