GameStop — Local services in Daphne

Will not be returning. I walked into the store with a 3 yr old and 7 yr old. We're in the store for about 5 minutes looking at Pokémon cards before my 3 yr old starts screaming that he has to potty and does the potty dance. I look up at the employees and ask if we could use their restroom because my son had to potty. The girls looked like they cared , but the guy refused and said no, it's not for the public an that I could go to bed bath and beyond across the street. Obviously, the guy doesn't have kids. I had to tell my 7 yr old to stop looking at cards so that we could leave and go somewhere else to use the bathroom. Once outside I pick up my 3 yr old and walk quickly across the street. The guy, Micheal I believe was his name, is really lucky my kid didn't have an accident in the store. I've never been in a store that has refused to let a small child use the restroom even if it wasn't for the public. We only came back to get the cards because my 7 yr old would have been devestated had we not gotten them.

We also had to rush because they were closing in 20 minutes when we got back from the other store. I will say this was partially my fault as I waited until 8:20 to go into GameStop. But as we were handed out change, Michael was busy closing out the register as it would have been too long to wait until I began...

I stared buying consoles and games here but when I try to sell my games and console they buy it for very little money and they sell it triple from what they buy for so I stared thinking then I realized that I can buy games online and you can keep them forever as long you have your account why sell your games if your not gonna make any money out of them why not just keep them if you buy them disc versions there is always a chance that you can scratch them or damage them and you have to swap disc if you want to play a different game that a hassle. You go to game stop to pre order a game they only have limited amount to preorder instead you can go online and pre order without worrying that they are gonna run out my point is its not worth it to go to a GameStop anymore if you hate GameStop like I do stop buying from them you can get consoles from dk oldies that has warranty’s or you can buy them Best Buy...

all trades final, made a small mistake and traded in a psp 1000 for a psp 3000,,didnt have a power cord,,the staff at this location were friendly and quickly overlooked my mistake and let me buy the power cord and returned my psp 1000..they did not have to do that,,they could have just sold me a power cord and kept my trade in,,I feel that they went over and above,,and earned the mark of excellent customer service...good job...they will earn my business in the future,,my mistake and they did not use corporate policy to beat me out of a few bucks,,this type of customer service will earn them goodwill and future business,,thanks to the staff of Game Stop for doing the right thing,,even though policy...
