I had a cracked iPhone screen that needed replacing. He's a friendly, honest guy and most importantly it was convenient! I walked in at 10am and was out the door, good as new, in less than 15 minutes!! I was the only customer in the store at that time so I'm not promising the exact same for you but he is definitely an expert at replacing screens. He did the work in front of me at the counter while we talked and I could tell he had done it hundreds of times. I was so satisfied by his professionalism actually, that I'm bringing my broken MacBook Pro for him to look at the next time I'm in town.

Originally I planned on going to the Apple Store in Baton Rouge where I live. They do it for $149 (if you don't have AppleCare insurance) but it's extremely hard to get an appointment there and if they find anything else wrong with your phone ("body damage" for example) they will refuse to repair it and make you buy a new iPhone or take it somewhere else. So since I was in Daphne visiting my parents today, I decided to stop by and have him replace it instead. I'm happy with my choice.

The cost was more than Apple ($240 for my iPhone 6s Plus) but he is a small business owner and the cost to buy the replacement screens is much higher for him than it is for Apple (and obviously Apple tries to keep it this way) so I understand. The convenience factor and satisfaction of giving my money to a small, honest local business instead of a huge corporation, is...

I've been doing business with Terry for several years and he's hands down the best Apple tech in the area. He has helped me with everything from the mundane - setting up a new MacBook Air, transferring data, photos, apps, etc. - to more serious repair problems, problems that other techs threw up their hands over and urged me to buy a new device. And Terry would simply fix it, quietly, efficiently and always with a confident professionalism that put other repair outlets to shame... But tonight was the real kicker and the reason I decided - finally - to write a review: my iPhone died this afternoon. Only 6 months old, it had a full charge when suddenly it went black. No power and even plugged in, it would take no charge. I called Terry in a panic at 5 minutes before closing time and he said, 'no problem, bring it over - I'll wait for you.' And he did, fixed the problem in about 90 seconds and charged me a fair amount for staying late to get the job done. Terry ROCKS! And I wouldn't think of going...

Today of all days I open my laptop and white screen. White screen? What the heck is that? So immediately I pop on messenger and reach out to Terry and send him a video clip of the file folder that is randomly blinking on my screen! He tells me it could be a couple of things and to bring it by. I had students to attend to till noon and I ran and literally dropped it off and left. " I was thinking days if at all" I would hear the bad news. Nope within 3 hours he messenger'd me back- says Hey Amanda your computer is ready! Wow! Just Wow! He's amazing! Within three hours! Who woulda thought it could be that fast! Easy fix and I was out the door with minimal charge! Terry THANK YOU SO MUCH! You just made my Christmas continue in the merry and bright kinda joyous season! You are amazing and I so appreciate you attentiveness and super quick beyond reason...
