Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Daphne

I never felt so disrespected. I placed my order in advanced via phone. So I pulled up at drive thru window and was meet by GM Angel and when I explained to her that I was missing something on my order that I had paid for, in which they had to remake, she got VERY angry and slammed the window that I thought was going to break. I pulled back to the front and went inside to ask her why she treated me with such disrespect and anger. I ask her what was her problem but she wouldn't say anything and another manager from another PH was there nd witness the entire thing nd apologized for her (Angel) behavior and the other employees seemed to be in disbelief by her behavior. I ask them for the phone number to make a complaint but the employee said that they wasn't allowed to give it to customers and informed me to go online to find it, but I still wasn't able to find it,...

Unfortunately, our first try at this new location was not great. Our food was lukewarm by the time it was delivered, and part of our order was wrong. We called the location to let them know our dessert option and pizzas were incorrect, their response, "we ran out of your choices and we were too busy to call, so we just sent you something else." I appreciate the sending something else, but I ordered extras of something to go with my original dessert choice and I really didn't like what they sent and I wanted my pizza how I ordered it, not how you sent it. Placed an online order, called them after hour and half after it said it had been out for delivery. After a long phone call trying to track my order, they told me they had no idea why it had not been delivered and said they’d remake it and send it out. I spoke with their manager Angel and said I’d like to remove the tip since no compensation was offered for it being late. She ended up arguing with me over my decision, which lead to me canceling the whole order. Took another 5 minutes on the phone with her to do that. Poor customer service
