I am writing because I am seriously appalled by the level of customer service I received from the Glenolden location today, and I hope this message is seen at the corporate level. I have ordered from Little Caesars for years and, while small mistakes have happened before, they were always handled with courtesy and professionalism. For example, if something was missing, I was told to stop by the store to pick it up, or I was issued a refund while keeping the food. I have never had an experience like this one.
I placed an order through the official Little Caesars app and one of the items I paid for (wings) was never delivered. Since I wasn’t home and had ordered for my kids, I couldn’t check the order immediately. Later, when I asked my kids about dinner, they confirmed the wings never arrived.
The following morning, I called the store to resolve the issue. Instead of being met with help, I was met with outright rudeness. The woman who answered kept talking over me, claimed it was “impossible” to get delivery through the Little Caesars app, and told me I had to deal with Uber Eats or DoorDash—even though I never used those services (I don’t even have those applications downloaded on my phone). She never once asked for my name or my order number, just insisted everything was in the bag, and then hung up on me when I pressed for help.
I called back at 12:31 PM and spoke with a man that claimed he was one of the managers. I explained again that I didn’t want to jump through hoops with DoorDash because I did not order through them—I ordered through the Little Caesars app and had my order number ready to give him. He never once asked for my name or the order number and proceeded to tell me I was lying and never ordered through the little Caesars app. When I asked for his name so I could file a complaint, he refused to give it, saying managers are not allowed to provide names. I told him I didn’t even care about a refund—I just wanted the wings replaced because it was game day, and my kids had been looking forward to them. He flat-out refused, saying it would “come out of their food budget,” Insisted I needed to contact DoorDash and then hung up on me too.
This is completely unacceptable. I lost money, my kids didn’t get the food I paid for, and I was treated with total disrespect. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, both employees shifted blame, refused to verify my order, and made it clear they had no interest in helping a paying customer.
Whatever new management is in place at this location is unprofessional, classless, and damaging to the Little Caesars brand. If I could give negative stars, I would. I will not be ordering from Little Caesars again unless corporate intervenes and takes accountability for...
Read moreThis review is a little bit overdue since it has been some time since I had ordered from this location...but I will say that when I placed my order on the app and had gone into the restaurant the place was a madhouse due to the amount of customers that were in the place on a Friday night...but the staff was on point in the midst of all of the chaos. I had shown up somewhat early when it came to my order and the staff made sure that I was informed to the steps of the process to ensure that I didn't feel overlooked. When it came time for me to leave the one gentleman almost forgot my breadsticks before I walked out the door but caught me to remind me that I didn't have the sauce.
I was more than happy by the care given to me even with all of the commotion of a dinner rush coming in. I have been to some of the other locations in the area where the experience could never come close to the precision of customer service this location did at the time I ordered. Put it this way, when I am in the area I go out of the way to get my food from this location specifically even it means I am traveling an additional 10-15 minutes just to the right food that will hit the spot. I feel bad that I can't specifically name any of the staff I had the pleasure of working with, but the next time I do go get a pizza from here I will be asking for names so that they can receive the recognition they deserve and to let others know that when these specific people are working, you are guaranteed to be in good hands when it comes to the care that comes to the food you...
Read moreOkay so i am a regular costumer of this location but one employee over here who usually does evening shift he is skinny,tall wears different wigs and wears coat all the time tries to act like a girl but that is his personal choice that no one should comment on i am writing it so i can elaborate about who i am talking about whenever i unfortunately got served by him he gives so negative attitude to me i always used to greet him nicely but he thinks he is super cool and used to give bad attitude to me i used to ignore him but yesterday he crossed all the limits i placed order by call and went to pick up 35 mins later and he literally started cursing me that ohh yeah you ordered 4 HOURS AGO I couldn’t understand what were you saying on the call this and that when i politely said why so rude he was like girllll whoo meee rudeee girlll i mean i order all the time by call no one ever had a problem seems like he has some attitude problem with girls specially as not only this time before as well he always gave me a bad service that used to make me stop going to this location other all employees are so nice down to earth but this one is terrible.
