Today, march 3, 2025 I went into your store in Dartmouth mass looking for a metal detector. So I walked through the store trying to find one and there was no employees around at all, . Not a single employee. So I finally find The metal detectorson my own. There are three different styles three different prices!.. two of them had prices one of them did not? I take the One without a price and I go looking for a price check machine, but all you guys dont price checkers ? You have is the button to push, to have an employee come over there to help the customer.Which doesnāt Make any sense⦠A couple of price checkers around the store would have helped so much more, because like I said there was nobody around .. So Iām walking around with this metal detective looking for someone to give me a hand Over price⦠Couldnāt find anyone I went back to the spot that Detectors were in. I put it back. I took a picture of the barcode⦠And walked to the front of the store to customer and lo and behold four or five of the employees are hanging out at customer service. So I said I need a price check please and the guy said on what ? cause I didnāt have anything in my hand except my phone . I said well I walked around the store trying to find someone and I took a picture of the barcode. Can you get it off my phone. So he does and he tells me the price I think it was a little over $100. Which isnāt bad for a metal detector.. but now do I really feel like walking all the way back across the store to take the thing down to walk all the way back to the front of the store again? I know it sounds trivial, but what are you paying your workers to do hang out at customer service or actually take care of the customers? I chose to leave not purchasing it. If you wouldāve had one price checker back there somewhere you wouldāve had another hundred bucks in...

The experience has been a direct reflection of the management when has been awful. 2 weeks ago I bought a defected pair of batting gloves. I explained to the young man who was working the counter that the batting gloves were the last similar pair they had in store and I needed to make sure I secured them. I hurried back to the desk after grabbing the damaged pair out of my trunk only to come back watching him scurry out the door to leave for the day. He advised me to wait for the guy with the white shirt over at a counter. When he never came I asked for a manager, and even thought I purchased the protection plan and bought them less than two weeks ago. Also did the warantee. Even though I bought a damaged pair from the store, not the protection plan, The manager made a spectacle of me in front of the entire store, talking down to me as if I was someone trying to take advantage of her, as I had the card in my hand that I made the original purchase and Iām a score card member. I have worked and owned business all over the country and I would drop this entire staff and start over. I will not be spending anymore of my money here, as i have a new golf set, a new infielders glove for baseball, and cleats I wanted to buy today, that weāre waiting at the counter, which makes this the biggest group of losers I...

Purchased a golf set online for my husband as a surprise, āone in stockā was listed on the site so I felt I mustāve been in luck! I was wrong. I did curbside pickup, had it put into my trunk. Once I got home I realized the luck I had with this store, and it wasnāt good. The golf set wasnāt in a box. A plastic sheet was draped over the top of the clubs and when I pulled it off would you believe it, the clubs were extremely used.. my husband walked in shortly after to his brand new extremely used and abused golf set. He went all the way to Plymouth to exchange it for a new set. So the surprise was over with and just aggravation was left. I went to this location a few days following that to see plenty of brand new sets in boxes in the store. I will never understand why this happened but please donāt do this to people. I paid full price for a new set. Itās wrong and discourages people from using this store. If you donāt have the product you really should contact the customer and give a refund. Or not scam someone into taking the set that was clearly used and returned. No thanks to...
