Absolutely LOVE this place! First of all I think it's a great location for a play center like this. The list of pros could go on and on. I love that the windows of the play center actually are fully opened and we can see who is or isn't coming in/near as well as it being perfect to decorate for parties and see the decorations at first glance. The colors are my FAVORITE as they are soft on the eyes as opposed to most places where the bright vibrant colors just sort of hit you in the face and it gets tiring to look at, so I appreciate the change of colors and that they are soft colors.So cute! They are always changing things up, every time I come in there's new additional things to play with and do. There's sections for a variety of age groups which is smart aNd helpful with more than one child being present at once. The staff is /has always been friendly towards me which I appreciate & there are so many seats/ comfy spots for the tired parents to plop down and relax as well hahah. A great place for kids to get their energy out in the winter spring summer and fall! Winter when it's cold, summer when it's hot, and the best part is the gate is locked so you don't have to worry about your little ones escaping ! My husband took our three-year-old son a couple weeks ago, but was told they could only stay half an hour because they were booked up for birthday parties and would have to leave, however, they did give us a free pass for another day to come, which was great but When I went to bring our son again, we walked into the mall and there is sign saying closed fully booked… They really need to get their act together as far as when they are open and shut down and getting the word out or allowing for walk-in children to play as well as birthday parties at the same time because my three year-old autistic son does not understand why he got kicked out the first time and not allowed in the second time and it caused a Huge meltdown and it’s pretty terrible for kids to be able to clearly see this play place from just walking by it in the mall and not allowed to be in at the very least you shouldn’t be able to see all the fun stuff inside and put up something over the windows to cover them if you aren’t going to let...

We had my daughter’s 4th birthday party this past Sunday. We were able to rent out the indoor playground which is a nice option as it’s a good sized facility but If open to the public as well as a party can be a little tight. The owner is very accommodating, answers any questions you may have. The staff is nice and helpful and the place is very clean. Everyone loved the place and had a great time at my daughter’s party. The back room is also a nice size to set up decorations, cake and pizza. The only thing I think should be changed is at least one to two pizzas included in the party with the amount that they charge for them as well as what you spend on renting the facility out. Other than that I would have another party there again and would highly recommend...
