I stopped by to see if Duane was working and he was off this day. I was cheerfully greeted by the stores assistant manager Teresa Treon, who qualified me as to how she could assist me. I explained my situation which was I needed to get my wife’s wedding ring cleaned but we had a few loose stones and no one would touch it. Several other jewelry stores had told my wife 10 days to send out then they would clean. I am leaving on a trip in two days and my wife really wants her ring. Teresa confirmed the loose stones and then spoke with their in house Jewelry repair man, whom we nick named “Rick Star!”, pun intended, who said if I gave him an hour he would tighten clean and rebind it for a nominal fee. I said yes please!! And I will be saying yes again soon to a new ring purchase for myself!! Thank you Riddles at Northpark and thank you Teresa for a customer first environment that obviously is part of this jewelry stores culture! Having an in house repair tech is wonderful! Read moreI frequently shop at Riddle's in Davenport, and have been a customer of Duane, the manager. I was in the store earlier today and witnessed Duane being harassed by two customers who appeared to be unsatisfied with a previous purchase. They did not appear to accept Duane's suggestions of ways Riddle's can help remedy their problem, and began demanding Duane give them two free pieces of jewelry. Duane explained he isn't able to do that, and continued to offer what he was able to do to address their concerns, at which point the couple both began threatening him by saying they would write bad reviews of the store and get others to do so if he didn't give them the jewelry. I feel it is important to write an accurate review and to say I was very impressed by Duane's professionalism during this encounter; he was pleasant and courteous to two very rude people throughout their time...

The only issue is that unfortunately the jewelry store didn't have alot of choice of Pandora items to choose from.The jewelry store had a promotion on the Cash Wrap of a jewelry box from Pandora collection of $125 or more the customer could get it for free and unfortunately they didn't have none available,which I didn't get one after the purchase I made.If the store don't have the free gift on promotion they are not suppose to have it on the counters or signs in any part of the store.Store manager should be more aware of the promotion and offers because customer could feel deceptiod or fooled,that's the way I felt.But overall great customer service Teresa didn't have items in store and managed to get the items in is way at a matter of time and get items to the nearest store as soon as...
