I experienced by far the worse customer experience with Better Home furniture! When I received my couch one of the legs was broken. I called the Owner to inform him and also showed up at the store they informed me that there was nothing that could be done after 48 hours! I didn't realize the leg was broken because I didn't put the couch together, I paid for assembly and went out of town the next day. When I returned home and sat on my couch I fell because the leg was broken. The owner told me he would try his best to help me after I pressed him about it on the phone. He just ghosted me. They don't treat their customers with respect at all. Also, the quality of the couch was very POOR! I Purchased a sectional and it doesn't even have an attachment! So I am constantly having to push the couch on it and I have to be careful how I sit on it so the leg doesn't fall again. Once again poor quality and bad customer service. ALSO, the couch has a rip in it. I purchased 3,000 worth of items from the company, you would think they would try to fix this issue, they could even replace the couch for me let alone give me a call or text back. These two individuals are amazing... they are running this successful establishment as a married power couple... they provide outstanding customer service. This is my husband and I 3rd time getting merchandise from there store The quality of there furniture is impeccable..(fresh out of the box)there prices are very affordable and also they have programs that can approve good credit/ bad credit/ or no credit. It will allow you to walk out of the store with furniture or decor you love on the spot or they will get it to your home with delivery in a matter of the next day... We found them on offer up and was very skeptical but they proved to us that they were the best and earned our business. We have purchased bar stools chairs, a luxury glass dining table and also bed mattresses and decors...I have attached pictures to show that this review is real... and I strongly recommend if you haven't already checked betterhomefurnitures out. I would definitely shop here again! The furniture is nice! I really SAVED ALOT OF MONEY purchasing with this company vs the Big name stores , that literally gave me an headache because the furniture was so overpriced! I'm glad I didn't give up on looking and glad I didn't give in to the other furniture places! Dwayne (my sales guy), was very patient and knowledgeable. I had never been to a small showroom and was a little discouraged when I walked (because of the small selection inside), but I told him and showed him what I was looking for and he located it in no time, in one of his store catalogs. Then I doubted the quality because I wasn't able to physically see it or touch it but I'm so happy I went through with my purchase!
