Update: Last time I went in they charged me for extended warranty, on most of my items, without asking! Added an extra $40 to my bill and I didn't notice until I got outside! Luckily I noticed before leaving so I went in and complained and they did give me my money back. When I questioned the cashier about it he said "I just do what they tell me to do.". Seems that the boss is trying to pull a fast one on unsuspecting customers. Very disappointed!
Great selection of vehicles from the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s. You'll even see some older, harder to find vehicles, here and there. Finding the vehicle you want is really simple and convenient now too with the LKQ app. The app shows you pics of the vehicle and what row and spot, in the row, it's in. You can also use the website or the computers at the yard, if you can't get the app. As far as the bad, Some vehicles get stripped quickly, unfortunately, and there are some parts you'll never find because resellers will grab them as soon as the vehicle is brought in the yard and set on the floor. Weekends are a nightmare here; it gets packed. Even in the morning on weekdays you can't find parking. You have to wait until someone leaves and then there are 8 other cars driving around, waiting to snatch a spot. They need to knock down their wall and increase their parking lot area cause it's way too small. The lines aren't even long on the week days but the parking lot makes it look packed. Prices are typically very good but it depends on who's ringing you up, as it seems some cashiers will charge you the higher tier price for your part and others the lower tier(some parts have different prices, depending on the size or features of the part). Fortunately, you can check the price list yourself and get an idea of what you should be paying. The staff has been ok, overall, in my experience. They're not particularly friendly but if they're not rude then I don't really care. A few years ago I did have a guy give me a hard time and refused to take my two dollar admission(back when it was $2, it's $3 now) because I tried to give him change instead of bills. It was ridiculous, money is money and it wasn't like it was 200 pennies, it was quarters. I don't expect every experience to be perfect or for every employee to be intelligent, so I don't hold it against them. I've gotten many great deals and good parts here over the years and I'll continue to come...

On Saturday Sept. 27, they charged my card again twice (over $200 each) when they weren’t supposed to do that. So when I asked the guy working at the counter why he did that, he said ‘oh the charge is going to be refunded but right now it says pending’. Fast forward 3 days later both transactions posted to my account. On Wednesday Oct 1, I called them and asked how long it takes for my refund of the second transaction and they said 7 business days. So now it’s over 7 business days and nothing. Today Oct. 7, I came back to here at 10:35am. After I explained the situation to another guy at the counter. This other manager I was immediately told that ‘I have to wait for the other manager who’s out in the yard to finish whatever he was doing’ . So I waited for over 40 mins for the other manager to tell me that “They do not do refunds. That I have to call my bank and dispute the charge because their ‘system’ won’t let them refund my money.
For a company to accept cash and card payments daily and so easily yet to have shady operations on refunding STOLEN money back on a card is INSANE. I am a struggling single mother of a toddler son on the spectrum who receives minimal to no help and works a minimum wage job. No one has $210.97 to waste like that. I pray karma is swift and just for this business.
For the long and huge inconsiderate inconvenience they have put me through, I will be filing several complaints and will tell my experience on many platforms especially the FTC, Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, State General Attorney’s Office, Help Me Howard and much more . No wonder why they are NOT an accredited business on the BBB.
If I can help deter this business from stealing from another tax paying citizen I will continue to do it....
Read moreBeen going here for almost 30 years. 10+ years ago i would've given a 4 or 5 star review. Today was the last time for me. Watched over the years as;
Today was the last straw. Went in to return a core to get my $11 back and was told if i wanted to get that i would have to drive to Palm Beach LKQ since the original owner bought the business back and this place is no longer LKQ. I'M DONE, LARRY!! (original/new owner). I doubt you'll actually read this, but your goofy cashier manager was more than willing to lose a loyal decades long customer over not honoring an $11 core refund. You don't have the same advantage you had 20-30 years ago. Customers can get parts cheaper and with less hassle on ebay and other places on the internet. If i do go to a junkyard after today, it will be in Miami or Palm Beach just out of spite. I'm done...
