Food Town Store Review:
Food Town Store offers a mixed experience that leaves much to be desired. While the prices are reasonable, the overall cleanliness and occasional unpleasant odor detract from the shopping experience.
One aspect that stands out at Food Town is its pricing. The store provides competitive prices, allowing customers to stretch their budget without compromising on quality. It is a relief to find affordable options without sacrificing the quality of the products. From fresh produce to pantry staples, Food Town's pricing makes it an attractive choice for budget-conscious shoppers.
However, the cleanliness of the store leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, there are instances where the store falls short in maintaining a clean and tidy environment. This issue can be off-putting, as customers expect a certain level of cleanliness when they visit a grocery store. Regular cleaning and diligent maintenance are essential to create a pleasant shopping atmosphere.
Additionally, the occasional stinky odor can be a turnoff. Unpleasant smells can be found in certain areas of the store, which further detracts from the overall shopping experience. This aspect raises concerns about the store's attention to detail when it comes to hygiene and customer comfort.
Despite these shortcomings, Food Town Store has redeeming qualities in terms of its prices. The affordability of their products allows shoppers to find great deals and save money on their grocery purchases. This aspect alone may attract customers who prioritize budget-friendly options over other considerations.
In conclusion, Food Town Store presents a mixed experience. While the prices are commendable and cater to those on a budget, the lack of cleanliness and occasional stinky odors are significant drawbacks. It would be beneficial for the store management to prioritize cleanliness and odor control to enhance the overall shopping experience. By addressing these issues, Food Town Store has the potential to become a more appealing option for a wider range...

Read moreI have been shopping at Mango Tree for many years now, going back to when the establishment was known as FoodTown. As a matter of fact, my wife and I still refer to this supermarket as FoodTown for familiarity's sake.
As you may already be aware the very diverse South Florida metro area offers its residents a plethora of ethnic supermarkets that cater to its various communities and purvey unique items, spices, snacks and delicacies from the respective countries and regions they represent.
However Mango Tree and its characteristics are different and unparalleled. It is many different ethic grocery stores all combined into one! It truly gives definition to the term "super market". This store is unlike any place you will find in the area, if not our entire state, and it truly embodies the cultural diversity and culinary diversity of our metro area.
Mango Tree is not the cleanest supermarket with the best customer service, however, it carries products from almost every region and country in the world. It is an adventure to simply wander through the isles and learn about foods from so many different cultures. The aisles are meticulously organized, and each isle is dedicated to a different country's grocery items. In other words, there is truly something for everyone.
They have a huge selection of produce, a fish market with live fish that you can choose, a large meat market, a separate halal meat market with almost every cut of meat, various candies and snacks from many different parts of the worlds, spices, rice, breads, frozen items, dairy products, housewares, a food court, a latino cafe and more.
If you're ever in the Hollywood/Davie area, and you are someone who is interested in different cultures and food, Mango Tree is...
