Update: This review went from five stars to one due to all the complications that came with my ring. Having to come back two times after I received my ring. The second time I had to come back because the diamond wasn't cut right (plus very obvious that the diamond was off when a jeweler saw the issue) which added another week of not having my ring. After paying to get the sizing of the ring changed they not only didn't fix it the first time I had to come back for the THIRD TIME and instead of making my ring a priority from THEIR mistake they told me the ring would be ready in a week. So I waited over three weeks for my ring to be ready when I was originally told it should've taken them only three days to fix my ring to replace a diamond and change the size. This will be my last time coming to Davie pawn due to the multiple mistakes that were made and didn't even take into consideration of my time going back and forth to them from their mistakes.

Before coming to this location in person, I called ahead to confirm how much they were paying per gram for 18k gold. The price over the phone sounded reasonable, so I decided to drive there. However, everything changed once I arrived. They immediately started lowballing me — even after admitting they had quoted me a higher price over the phone. There was no clear reason for the sudden drop in their offer; they just wanted to pay significantly less than most other places.
