I really dislike leaving bad reviews, but I went to this Pho spot with some co-workers for lunch, and I feel it definitely deserves to get mentioned in a review. Let me say first that there were definitely not a lot of customers there when we arrived. We get there, get seated, and get drink orders taken pretty quick. Guy comes up shortly and asks for our food orders, so we start.... I order a #19, along with 2 others, and there were three Pho soup orders and another I think pork and rice. So I got my milk tea within a couple of minutes, and then the waiting begins. Within about 6-7 minutes, the three soups come out, and then nothing. This goes on for quite a while, so we tell our co-workers to go ahead and eat. The waiting continues for the other four of us, and then we ask for our remaining meals after another 10 minutes or so. She says ok, and then the guy brings out the pork and rice plate. More waiting, and then we call the woman over again and ask her if they forgot about the other three of us with the chicken and rice order, so she leaves, and brings back one #19 order. The remaining two of us watch our friends finish their meals and we continue to talk and chat with each other. At about the 45-50 minute mark, we waive the hostess over again and remind her that there are still 2 meals outstanding.... so she asks the guy who took our orders, and he comes out and says that he knows, and they are ready, and he will go them now, but by now I have had enough. I ask him to cancel mine, and my friend says that he would like his to go since we have been there for almost an hour and had to return to work. The gentleman that took our orders huffs and a mumbles as he walks away. He then comes back out yet another 5-6 minutes later with the to go order. He asks me again if I really want to cancel, so I politely say yes, and we all start to move out to leave. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at...

Had dinner here with my wife on Friday, 7/27/23 at 8:30pm. The young Asian female that took our order was very professional and friendly. She’s the best waitress there that night.
Food was good. Service from one waitress was terrible. The issue we had was with the black hair, 45-55 years old, Asian female with a pissed poor face (Not the oldest one with highlighted hair and glasses). I will address her as the “Sour Lady”
We ordered two large Pho(s) and asked for (4) togo containers. The reason why is to separate the rice noodles from the broth, so the noodles don’t become mushy and dissolve overnight. Apparently, the young female understand BUT NOT the sour lady.
The (4) containers was dropped off by the sour lady. Her face immediately changed when she realize we asked for said containers for only two Pho(s). I started to read her body language and she repeatedly made 4 finger gesture to the oldest female waitress and male cashier. I implied that she had an issue with us requesting extra containers. I confronted sour lady and she did not once turn around to face me or my wife- she did not expect we would notice her stupidity.
First- If you or your employees have an issue with customers requesting togo containers- charge them! People understand cost of goods has gone up and plastic containers are more expensive than styrofoam.
Second- the sour lady should use common sense. Customers don’t need plastic soup container for noodle, meat, and veggie. You don’t pack togo Pho orders with two plastic soup containers right? You use styrofoam! So, why would the sour lady give more expensive containers and have an issue with it? That’s retarded!
This is petty, unnecessary, and small-minded thinking from...

So I get to the place.. it's warm, doesn't look very clean, and the service wasn't great. They weren't particularly nice and seemed to be rushing us to order. However I didn't think much of it. It's a cheap Pho place so I wasn't expecting much to begin with other than a decent bowl of soup.
I ordered my soup and when I received it something alarmed me.. My soup had a weird smell to it. When I tried it and finally got a bite of the meat, I realized that the meat that I received did not have the usual texture. It felt somewhat "sandy" and broke down in my mouth faster than it usually does. I eat Pho a lot so I definitely realized that something was not right.
I called the waitress and explained to her that I thought they had served me something that had gone stale, and she seemed to get pretty insulted and upset with my comment. It was an older lady with short hair, who snapped at me and kept on repeating that I was wrong and that what they had served me was just fine. I wasn't able to say much since every time I would try to speak she would speak over me and raise her volume, so I eventually gave up and stopped trying. I left the rest of my soup there, however what I did eat was enough to send me straight to the emergency room the next night for a serious case of food poisoning and dehydration. Not only were they unpleasant from the very beginning, but they didn't listen to a genuine customer complaint and instead chose to be rude to me for it which left me with a serious food intoxication. I can assure you I will never be...
