Terrible service. I booked 3 watches in for battery replacements. I was told to collect the following day..... After going back and forth for a WEEK, I finally got the watches back. I was then inconvenienced by being charged an extra $ 2000 which took another week to sort out with my bank. The one watch had a residue all over the face, and Maurice told me that it was like that when I booked it in. I was 100% sure that it was not as my wife looks after her watch.

This all happened in June

Now it is 4 months later and 2 of the 3 watches need to have battery replacements again because the batteries are dead / faulty!!!! Batteries normally last 2 years?

The store is a mess, Maurice the owner is very good at making excuses and blaming others.

Had a great experience as a first time customer. I took a very sentimental ring to Maurice to see if he could do anything to refinish it. After many visits to other jewelry stores and hearing No, he was the only one that was willing to help me. The ring was not expensive or made of gold but he treated it as if it was.
