My boyfriend and I came to bowl around 6:15 on a Sunday night. We bought one game each to start anticipating buying more games. After our first game we went back to buy another game but were told that we can’t bowl anymore because there’s a big reservation coming and our lane needed to be held for the general public on the waitlist. Funny considering we are the general public? We were told nothing of a waitlist or a reservation before wasting our time even paying for one game. Terrible customer service, they had no explanation as to why we weren’t allowed to continue bowling. Had we just taken longer on our first game, which mind you lasted MAYBE 15 minutes, somehow this wouldn’t have been a problem. Monique is a rude receptionist with a horrible attitude. There were 3 other large parties bowling on a Saturday night before mine. Parties started leaving one by one with 5 minutes or so in between. My party was the last large party to leave. Monique rudely exclaimed at me that I needed to put back my bowling balls as the signs indicated. I did not see any signs, so I was honestly unaware. I asked what signs, and she just abruptly just told me to put back my balls. She then proceeded to shout at the rest of my party. The gunrock gaming is always having issues with the games and the system. Valorant is installed but everytime I tried opening it up it would require an update. When I asked the staff would say it’s already been updated. But no, and i would have to waiting for the staff to enter the admin account for the update to start. Fix your system please Also, the pool table is terrible, looks like it has been used for years without changes or care. Some of the table’s frames are coming off, and the cloth is full of dirts.
