vineyard vines Outlet — Local services in Daytona Beach

This review is not for the sales employees or the quality of the clothing, it is exclusively for the archaic return policy. This is an outlet location, and on your receipt and on small signs posted throughout the store (that are easy enough to miss if not pointed out to you) it will say:

"Merchandise purchased at vineyard vines outlet locations is eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. Returns are not accepted and exchanges can only take place at a vineyard vines outlet store."

Be aware. I do not patronize stores that do not have what I consider a fair return policy. Returns not being being accepted and only allowing exchanges or a store credit is not an acceptable business practice, in my opinion. Sorry to say, I will not darken the door of this outlet...

I come to this store because my daughter loves this brand. The staff were very friendly, but not overly friendly to where they were invasive. I was trying to decide between a few shirts and both employees that helped me gave their honest opinion, and ultimately let me make my own decision rather than pressuring me into their own money-making agenda.
