SAVE YOUR MONEY AND JUST GO TO KINGDOM ACAI!! First and last time here EVER! Definitely a rip off. It’s all toppings and a sliver of acai unless you mix it with a juice. I asked for no coconut flakes, and there were coconut flakes in my bowl. When i brought it to the young ladies attention, she acted as if i was lying, even though i showed her the white flakes in my acai and explained to her it tasted like coconut, she had every excuse in the book, “i know for a fact i didn’t put any coconut flakes in it” “well there’s no coconut flakes in the acai” “it’s probably from the granola” which come to find out the coconut came from the granola and THANKFULLY i wasn’t allergic. She then stated “i’m technically not supposed to remake any bowls but i can go ahead and remake it” and then proceeded to say “you’re going to have to throw that old bowl away though” which was perfectly fine but don’t make it seem as if i’m lying and then try and make it seem as if i’m trying to keep the bowl and get another. If i ask for you not to put something in my food, and that something is in my food i would expect nothing less than you to remake it or refund me my money…. then as she gave me my new bowl she said, yeah i believe it was the granola a lot of people say it takes like coconut. UM DUH cause it has coconut flakes in it and you sat here in a lobby full of people and acted as if i was lying, then acted as if i was trying to keep the bowl and get another one. Super rude and unprofessional staff tonight. We came in about 8:30 and store listed at closing at 9. We planned to order a quick berry bowl Togo and try the new spot out. The man working saw us walk in and rolled his eyes as we walked in and was very obvious that he was annoyed we came in as he went back into the kitchen. We decided to wait thinking maybe we read him wrong. He took an abnormally long time to make one small order for another guest that was sitting at a table which had ordered prior to us even walking in. When he brought the order up he barely glanced up at us again then ignored as we walked up to order and he walked back to kitchen. He brought back another item for the other guest 10 minutes later and it was now 8:50 (10 minutes to close) and went back into the kitchen again. Then he came back out and he looked at us and shrugged and said something to the fact of “sorry they were my last customer tonight”. He never once greeted us on his 3 trips to the counter. He also never once told us he was not taking any orders after 8:30 pm. We patience waited for 20 minutes and he let us completely waste our time and rudely shrugged us off.
