Station Shawarma — Restaurant in Dearborn

Visiting from Canada, my brother and law and I decided to stop here and have Shawarma and Shish Kabob Sandwich. Walked in, the owner has a total disregard to customers, as he saw us just standing there. A professional owner would greet or at least have one of his employees help us. We stood a good 3 minutes waiting as him and some guy chit chatted. Once he was available, I proceeded to order and then he rudely interrupts me and tells me to give my order to his worker. The owner needed to establish himself as the OWNER by not taking our order and handing it off. GOD FORBID he helped us! What a joke. His female employee .. can't even crack a smile .. took our order as if we were bothering her lol. again what a joke! We went and sat down to wait for our food, and a small fight breaks out between his employees .. you can hear them clearly cussing in Arabic and one of them actually cussed another persons religion .. something Arabs tend to do when they are mad. All in all, the food was garbage .. asked for no fat and i received fat. The meat was chewy and their service was garbage. Haven't been in dearborn for years and guess what? The employees at most establishments all have the same attitude .. disgusting looks on their faces as if they are doing you a favor .. if you hate your life and job .. get an education and get a better job! I wish that I read the reviews before giving them a try, they really stand behind all the bad reviews. And here's my experience: for 2 shares a burger and a sub they took 50 min and I was waiting in the store they told me it would be 30 min and they decide to take order over the phone instead, so respect for others time. stone faced employees and they treat you as if they doing you a favor, not even sorry for being late. bathroom is dirty with no paper towel to try you hand. I should left then but they took my money first. All food plates and leftovers on the two tables out side was there for the 50 min I waited my order for, no one clean anything. They don't give receipts for some people and they charge some up front and they don't for others, so it a mixed-up in the operating the business. finally for the food review by it self: nothing amazing normal they put coleslaw in the chicken burger?! The chicken shawerna was bad they chicken didn't taste good but the meat shawerma was much better.

To conclude I wouldn't pass infornt that place again. Don't take my word for it go and see for your self now you know what to look for when...

Nasty in a nutshell. Very inferior service and major failure to fix the problem or even address it over the phone, in person, or by the owner himself. Service quality here is based on race and country of origin, basically only for Lebanese.

I ordered a cheese burger combo. No drink. No salad. Old (few) fries. No cheese. Cold bread from the bag to the box.

Almost empty box. Ripped me off in an extra $1.50 than the posted price. I called, and the kid who answered (Ali) basically no English (he started to speak Arabic) and I went with him in Arabic, then he claims he didn't understand me . Then, he said he couldn't do anything and hung up. I went to the restaurant and the manager said that (Ali) is the best employee and no matter what he did he can't and will NOT take any action with him.. he rather wants me to forgive even though he agrees he made a mistake bit per him hanging up and being rude is ok and normal.
