The staff in this pharmacy are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. They act like anything you say or any questions you ask are totally stupid. I’ve had several of them on multiple occasions ROLL THEIR EYES AT ME.
My husband and I came to pick up 2 different prescriptions after I had surgery one afternoon. We told her what we were there for, she told us that those 2 weren’t ready but she did have something else ready for pickup. It was some old prescription for some vitamins that my doctor eventually decided I didn’t actually need. My husband told her that we no longer needed that prescription, we just needed the 2 recent ones and that we didn’t mind to come back. The whole time while my husband was telling her this she had a look of complete disgust and confusion on her face. She was looking at us like we were idiots. She told us that we had to take the one that was ready and that she had no idea when the others would be ready. We then repeated what we had already said about not needing the older prescription, only the 2 new ones. She rolled her eyes, sat down the phone, and walked away. Just completely ignored us. We went to get some food to give them time to fill the 2 prescriptions and when we came back we went inside. I spoke to the same girl and she acted like a completely different person. She asked what we were picking up, I told her only the 2 new ones and not the older one. I told her she could do whatever they normally do with prescriptions that aren’t needed or aren’t picked up. She told me it was no problem, gave me the ones I needed, and acted like she had never spoken to us before. This wasn’t the first time that this same girl had given me problems. I’ve had at least 3 bad encounters with just her alone. I don’t know if she is just rude to the people who use the drive through and only nice to customers who come inside or what but this was just the final straw before I swapped over to CVS. Read moreI used to not have any issues. However lately, they have not been filling the prescription. You put it on the app a day or so ahead to be filled and they do not fill the prescription. That way when I get off work I can pick up the medication. You know this is not filled and you contact them and they act like they don't know what you're talking about. On top of that, when it is time for it to be filled on autofill, they cancel it and remove the refill. You explain to them yes there was a refill and they will argue with you that you were wrong and they are right. I have been screenshotting each time because it happens every single time now, not just once in a blue moon, but every time. My doctor got upset because they were like... I know I sent in the prescription, why are they saying there is none? I explained I don't know and my doctor says I have it right here that you have more than one refill, but Walgreens is stating there is none. My son has the same insurance as I do, and they try to say they do not take his insurance.... which is United Healthcare dual. I am not sure what is going on there, but they need to get people in there that know their job, and stop being so rude and disrespectful. They also need to make sure that they fill the medication when someone puts it on there to be refilled or even when the doctor puts it on there to be filled. Stop removing it and then removing the refills. You are messing with people's lives.... especially when it is a medication that deals with...

The cashier was nice but the manager yelled at me for getting too many of the same product that I had coupons for but someone else had already taken almost all of that product before I got there cause she said the shelves were full but when I got there they were almost empty so she told me not to clear the shelves so I didn’t I left a few there but she still got mad and yelled at me for getting too many and it was me and my friend that live in two different households so of course we had to get enough for both of our families but she just feels like she can treat the customers however she wants and this is more then just 2 times that she has yelled at me so there is no telling how she treats the other customers!!
