Place and employ on duty was rude and mean!! We literally bought a pair of shoes paid 125$ but didn't have a size 8 so we bought and decided to go to Winchester see if they had a 8 ...Tullahoma Hibetts awesome crew of employees very helpful . Winchester lady working tonight 4/19/2021 was the worst to represent thier store ever. She said they cldnt take the shoes back they had been worn NOT TRUE!!! MY GRANDDAUGHTER TRIED THEM ON IN THE STORE AND THEM BACK IN THE BOX....WINCHESTER WORST PLACE EVER. !!N...

Wouldn't even give any stars if I could. The shoes were very over priced and small selection, was treated very badly by the staff who seemed as if they were looking down upon us bc we weren't dressed in name brand clothes. I'll definitely find somewhere else to shop for shoes next time...
