Staples — Local services in Dedham

I have a project I needed copies urgently before the store closed at 8pm Saturday night. Instead of finding employees unwilling to help out a customer before the store closed I met two wonderful fantastic employees named Nick and Enrique. I am old so I'm hoping I didn't screw up Nick's name or was it Tim? In any case anyone who is dire need of some printed copies for whatever you need and the store is about to close go to the Staples at Dedham Massachusetts on a Saturday night. You will leave five or ten minutes later with your copies and happy you didn't have to deal with an unhelpful unhappy employee.

I came in to drop off my ups return package. I got a receipt showing I did this. In the matter of hours - staples & Up delivery/pick up person lost my package. I literally have proof of the drop off and now I owe almost $500.00 because of their carelessness. I will never visit this location and I would never use them to ship anything. I called Staples and they couldn't do anything to help me/ they also sounded like they didnt care whatsoever. Found a chair on sale, it rang up full price. I asked then to check that it was on sale. The employee was gone for around 5 minutes. I went to go help her find the chair. I pointed out the chair and noticed that the for sale sign was no longer on it. It was in her hand. She tried to tell me it was a different type of chair. I said no it was definitely this one and I'm pretty sure there was a tag on this a minute ago. She then spoke into her walkie talkie and very clearly reluctantly confirmed it was on sale.
