My wife, and I went to Munro's today to purchase my annual Company paid for boots. I had tried on three pairs of boots, and had decided on the pair of boots to purchase. My 62yr old wife had gone to the restroom as I was trying on boots only to return and tell me that the female employees would not let her use the restroom. I asked the female employees why she couldn't use the restroom, and they told me that the restroom was for employees only! I told them that we were insulted as customers and that I would now NOT be purchasing these boots from them. We then left and went to Hytest and purchased a pair boots where we could use the restroom if we so desired. I have worked in an Oil Refinery for the last 32yrs on Hwy 225. I will definitely let all of my coworkers know how rudely we were treated! Not surprisingly, we were the only customers in the store. Went in to buy some work boots with my husband and daughter, my husband noticed the manager kept staring at me and my husband asked him nicely to stop looking at my behind but the manager was denying it. I felt harassed since he was not being honest nor know about integrity, not even an apology or said it was a misunderstanding. This has a good selection of men's FR work clothing at regular prices. The women's section is limited to about 5 shirt styles and 4 pants. I was offered help and took it from a young woman that came out to greet me. She was friendly and gave multiple suggestions but didn't know as much about individual brand fit - I could have discovered what she told me on my own. After going next door, there's just no comparison to the individual attention received and knowledge over there. The other young woman cashier seemed to work there solely as a cashier.
