I would love to be able to get in touch with the owner of this business. I had a good and bad experience on different occasions but all related to a single transaction. I changed phones and the visit with Liz was a good experience, it was late in the day and she was very knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. The phone transfer process was taking longer than we had time to wait so we left and return another day to turn in a phone we traded on after the transfer was completed and clearing the old device. Upon returning the next day I spoke to Chanel and she had no idea on the value of the phone, it was originally set for 600 dollars for a trade but she only offered between 150 to 300 so I left in frustration to return when Liz was available. Returning when Liz was available went well but there was a supervisor type male now in the store watching them work, I believe his name was Erich, he proceeded to tell Liz he was watching her and she better get it right and use all the tools available to her. I spoke up and said she had been nothing but pleasant and how I'm a customer's presence was not the time to be disciplined. We continued to have that discussion while Liz quickly and effectively handled my issue and it was as simple as looking at the account where it showed trade in value. I hope whatever issues this store is having get addressed but I can say the Liz was not any part of the issue thru my experience. Read moreSo, normally I go to the Pasadena, TX location but this one had the phone I wanted in stock and it’s a lot closer to me. Last time I did in store pick up it was terrible at updating so I waited a couple hours and got to the store probably 35 min prior to close. The doors were already locked a little before 6:30pm when they close at 7pm. The guy had to let me in and seemed annoyed I was in there and gave me attitude when I was talking to him. He cut me off while I was talking multiple times. I simply just wanted to know if it would be ready today or if I needed to wait until tomorrow. He looked up my order and that’s when my order started getting processed. Eric was very rude and because I did an online order and not a sell from him, I wasn’t important to him anymore.
The women, Donna, in there was helping another couple and getting my order ready. The guy went back to sit behind a desk and wasn’t much help at all.
It seems if I wouldn’t have gone in there, my order wouldn’t have even gotten started because Donna was the one doing all of the work.
If the doors lock at 6:30pm then the website needs to update their store hours to match. I will not be using this location again even though it’s the closer option.

Read moreI went in the middle of the day to swap out a SIM card in my phone. I sat for over an hour waiting my turn with one gal working. When it was finally my turn, she was quick to be dismissive of the issue even though I wasn’t there for options. I was there for a sim card and knew what I needed. She wanted to argue the point and pushed for a digital sim even though I asked for a physical sim. I absolutely was not impressed with this specific location and the way the staff speaks to customers. I ultimately received the sim card but she didn’t want to set it up which would have taken all of 5 mins on her side after I had waited over an hour for my turn. I ended up leaving with the SIM card in hand and had to call Verizon to set the sim properly for my phone. Again, wasn’t impressed with the staff at this location. All on all, I wish that Verizon would take additional time to train the store peeps on the basics of phone operations, but also to possibly employ an additional staff member during the day to help with the excessive wait times. Had I of not been a dedicated Verizon customer, I would have left after that...
