This is far the worst La Granja I been too. The Manager does not care at all about any problems you bring to him, then when he realized you're not going to just leave the problems as is that when he act as if he really speak Spanish. The cashier the lady with all black hair she is so SLOW it can be five people in line it will take her 30 minutes to get done with five people why ? because she has to run to another person to translate for her;The employees barely speak English. Every time i order my food it is always a mistake and then they tell me i order wrong. They barely use gloves, I've seen with my own eyes containers fall on the wet dirty floor and they will pick it up throw a little water on it and put it back up for use. tables are always sticky that's why i stop eating inside. the manager tried ti charge me 50 for something to put my food in after i just paid for a full course meal. i can't even rate this store because there are no negative stars. the lemonade OH MY GOSH EVERY TIME I order it it taste more like lemon aid, so i asked an employee how come? he said " that the manager he like to save his money" I had to laugh i thought it was a joke, but no! he was Serious. and then they always wanna say oh the stop selling fried shrimp but soon as i ask for the knight manager wow the appear with fried shrimp.
I am really disappointed with this location, it always this location that give me problems literally every time i come here. when i ask for corporate number the tall skinny manager always tell me corporate does not own his store he does so have a nice day, to the point where another customer said something and walked out; then he (skinny tall manager) told me i need to whisper.
Unacceptable, the only time i felt like someone care was when i called corporate and spoke with...
Read moreThis location has the most ridiculous sauce policy. I spent $26 on 2 meals at the drive through and I asked for 4 of each of the 3 color sauces, because this location puts them in these tiny little containers. The girl told me you're only allowed to have two sauces total for each meal, not 2 of each color, but literally 2 sauces. Which means I wouldn't even be able to get one of each of the 3 color sauces with that policy. She said if I wanted extra I have to pay 25 cents for each extra one. So I had her run my card again to pay for the extra sauces but I told her I wanted to speak to a manager to let them know how ridiculous the policy is. She claimed the manager was on lunch break so I told her I was going to leave a review to warn people of how stingy they are with their sauces. I've been to several other la granja locations and never seen them act stingy with their sauces the way this location does. I will make sure no one in my family ever goes back to this location again because of that ridiculous stingy...
Read moreWent to this location and my order was taken wrong. I ordered the spicy garlic fish with the shrimp and scallops. Got home and called when I realized the shrimp and scallops was missing. I called and instead of saying he misunderstood what I was asking for, he tried to tell me what I wanted.
I'll never go back. I've only been going back to La Granja because the other 2 locations have garlic fish with shrimp. This location closer to my home has shrimp and scallops. I was hoping the experience would be like the other places, but it was not.
It even appears the fish and shrimp used is different depending on the location. I don't like the fish from this location. It's extremely oily and clashes with the thick garlic sauce, which also looks different from the other 2 locations. The rice had little balls in them....had the consistency feeling "grainy" and not edible. I couldn't finish the hot food, but thankfully the salad was edible....
