Pizzaria Brasil — Restaurant in Deerfield Beach

Great good poor service. The food was absolutely amazing, but the service needs a lot of improvement. I had to get up and look for the waitress as she was not tending to our table when there was one other customer in the entire restaurant. I also had to ask her for another drink after she came to our table to deliver the food and neglected to notice that my glass was empty. She also charged the tip in advance when it was only two people at our table. I hope management reads this and that they implement the right training to the waitress. This is my first review ever.. Felt like I needed to share my experience. This place has unbelievable great tasting pizza and also great customer service! I went there and ordered 2 slices but their was a misunderstanding and I was not happy. Long story short, the worker knew something was wrong and immediately called her boss to fix the situation. I talked to the owner and he assured me he would fix the situation and did. Never had an experience like it because most people don’t care. I went there a couple times, they take too long to help but the pizza was ok, but today they lost the customer forever because We decide to try the food : rice, beans and a steak( picanha supposedly because I think the meat wasn’t, but was terrible the food was cold 🥶 taste horrible and only the beans was hot because was heat up on microwave, honestly I don’t pretend to waste my money there anymore and I’m going to let all my friends know that, I think they simply don’t care about customers, this why is most of the time empty there.
