I have been coming into the store session opened up well over 10 years ago I've never complained never had a he gets mad starts doing food around Frozen and trash and makes me some more oh you could have said it was soft and I'm like I didn't know I could ask for it so I've never had a problem with the food before so while how would I know I can say cook it softly when I've never had a problem he was rude going off on me in front of other customers and I'm trying to calm him down I said I never had a problem and I gave it his two star cuz that was for today I also gave it a true story because it's hot as hell in there no AC we going there and you might as well sit in the sweat box but normally they're very nice they're very kind I've never had a problem with their food or their service it just bother me really today problem with this food or...

The food was bad and I called them letting them know that the food was bad the lady told me to bring it back I did when I got there the gentleman I explained to him about the food was bad and the meat did not tasted like Chicken and since he didn't offer to give me a replacement I said to give me my money back he refused and I told him to keep the food and the money I told him God will take care of him all I have to do is pray to God and he will Take care of what he has done food was terrible I had called Pompano beach police department and the recording came on the two times I called so I said for $11.00 it doesn't worth the money or getting myself in rage so I calmly left I'm one person who doesn't get upset I let God take care of him and the lady they were very nasty. Horrible service! I bought food and found a lot of feathers on my chicken. I called them over the phone and was asked to bring it back. Upon returning the guy was so nasty towards me telling me that was normal and nothing was wrong with it. I’ve been ordering here for years and never had that problem. I probably found like one feather but not a whole bunch of feathers to where I had to return it. The guy informed me that he would exchange it but told me to never order here again. Mind you I never complained before but for him to say that was not ok when I’m a regular customer.
