Went there to send an item. Told the guy I needed a box to ship it.. He took like 2 minutes trying to measure my item..(difficult task) then said he had a box that fits and the price would be $19 and some change to ship The manager started helping and I said "fine lets ship it..It was taking Way TOO LONG to get a simple task accomplished. The manager went on about her way and the guy just starred at the screen like it was all but too new to him.. then says with the box it will be $48.79! I said "$25 for a BOX?!?!?" Then the manager asked whats wrong?, I told her $25.00 for a BOX? She said well thats for a box and service. I'm thinking..How HARD IS IT to put MY ITEM into a box and seal it? It cost more for the box then it deos to ship the item! (Mind you, I'm shipping an item that COST me $20) but was willing to pay $20 to ship it.. but $25.00 for a box is rediculous. She agreed to waive the cost of the box for my "inconvenience" but to rip customers off like that is ridiculous. Then she (the Manager) and one of the female coworkers looked at me like I was an Alien! As if "How dare you speak out on our outrageous prices"
I don't like being ripped off. And the manager had a lame non caring attitude. Even though she took back the crazy charge she still had an attitude like I was the enemy... NOBODY would spend $25.00 on a small box. My iten was only 12x4x4... It was an insult to the public what they are trying to charge people. As I left I told them I might never use their store again. I have been going to that location for about 10 years..Sad.. they assume its YOU that has the attitude... but the customer knows what kind of service they deserve but when someone make people upset them looks at them as the bad guy for speaking on it instead of just taking it and being ripped off is insane. THE CONSUMER DOESN'T DESERVE THAT TREAMENT...

But every time Iām in the store I see that the manager, I believe her name is Ilene, she is very rude to her employees, she uses her āmanagerā tile well, but not in a good way. Always treating the employees with some kind of disrespect, especially towards new employees that are learning, if you are not willing to take your time and explain to the new employees how things are done, then donāt be rude especially in front of customerās. Please be polite, nobody needs rude managers around daily. Always saying something with an attitude, trust me, if we the customers can tell imagine how everyone works daily with a heavy environment. She needs to learn how to treat her employees better, so they work without waiting for a rude comment, also, sometimes yes, as humans we make a mistake that can be fixed quickly, she does not have to make her employees feel uncomfortable in front of the customers, if she does this in front of customers, image what is said after. Itās very uncomfortable. All of the employees do their best, they do amazing work. The manager just needs to see past her rude self. But for all the employees (not the manager) deserve 5 stars. All the employees which I donāt know their names, they always polite, with smile and do help even when they do not know what to do and thatās where the manager should...

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable treatment I received at your UPS Store on September 7, 2025.
On that date, I shipped two packages. From the very beginning, the service was extremely poor. The employee who attended me, Flavia, treated me rudely and unprofessionally. Unfortunately, one of the packages never appeared.
When I returned to the store eight days later to request information, Flavia once again refused to help me and behaved in a very disrespectful manner. Due to this, I was forced to resend the same material through another provider, which caused me to lose time, money, and even a client.
It is truly disappointing to encounter this type of customer service from someone representing UPS. Such behavior not only damages the companyās reputation but also directly affects loyal customers like myself.
I respectfully request that this matter be investigated, and that corrective action be taken to prevent situations like this from...
