Wok N Roll — Restaurant in Deerfield Beach

I beg everyone who reads this to STAY away from this place! It’s not only the worse Chinese food I’ve ever had but the worse meal I’ve ever had and they are not sanitary!! There are way better options in the area! First off my hot and sour soup was sweet. Tasted like someone poured sugar in it was worse hot and sour I’ve ever had. I had the beef and broccoli and hey say they use “Flank” steak on their menu and website for their beef.. what a crock!! The beef was super thing fatty and was chewy. Maybe 30% of it was even edible! Rice was hard and seemed old! My daughter had honey garlic chicken. Well what was supposed to be honey garlic chicken. They served chicken fried and there was zero sauce on it! Not to mention she found TWO hairs in her dish one in her rice and one in her chicken! People there are way better options locally you want good Chinese goto Peking Duck in pompano this was little more convenient since I was on my way home from work and it by my house. Never ever again!!...

I RECENTLY ORDERED A DINNER FOR TO DELIVERY AT A NEW JOB THAT I HAD JUST STARTED TO WORK. DIDN'T KNOW OF ANY DELIVERY PLACES SO I WENT TO GOOGLE AND FOUND this place. I PLACED AN ORDER TOTAL WAS ABOUT 11 12 DOLLARS. I USUALLY TIP 3 OR 4 DOLLARS AT MY PREVIOUS JOB. MY MANAGER HAD ORDERED FROM THERE SO I FIGURED I GIVE IT A TRY. WORST DECISION EVER I'M JUST GLAD I DIDN'T USE MY CREDIT CARD. AFTER QUITE SOMETIME I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHERE THE FOOD WAS AND I WAS TOLD I"M OUTSIDE (BUT IN AN EXTREMELY RUDE MANNER CONTINUED BY RANTS AND RAVES WHICH UNFORTUNATELY I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND. BUT I DID UNDERSTAND THE PART ABOUT "THE SAME TING EVERYTIME YOU ORDER. VERY VERY RUDE COMPANY FROM THE DELIVERY TO THE PEOPLE WHO JUST ANSWER THE PHONE. AS I SAID ITS MY FIRST DAY AT WORK.. WHICH KINDA CONFUSED ME AS TO WHY HE DIDNT COME INTO THE OFFICE BUILDING. WOULD NOT EAT FROM HERE FOR FREE IF I WERE STARVING TO DEATH IN SOUTH...

The worst experience I have ever had they delivered my food when I got it, it had the rice and chicken mix in together as if the food was shaken up or fell on the floor problem 1 and I was gonna complain but I said I'm not gonna to picky which I should of I paid 20 dollars for my meal and I was hungry now upon eating the food I notice HAIR in my food omg I thru up immediately I couldn't believe it. I called them back right away to get my money back they tried to give me credit to come back to there restaurant lol yeah right I will never be back give me my money so I can go else where and get food. so anyways the ended up only giving me back 16 dollars because I order an egg roll and shrimp roll that I had already eaten but I should have gotten my full 20 from the experience I had.
