If i could give this place a lower rating i would. I am EXTREMELY unsatisfied to say the very least. Not only was the person on the phone disruptive and extremely rude to me, After telling me delivery would take 1 and a half hours to get to my house. The order was placed at 11:26 For LOGAN TAYLOR, i did not receive a phone call from the establishment until 2 in the moring from the "store manager" saying that it was out for delivery and would be at my house by 230, Once 230 came around i received another phone call stating that it just now was on the way to my house. The man delivering my food showed up to my complex at 3 in the morning, Could not even speak proper english, and made me walk out of my home and come to the parking lot to give me my food, and then had the AUDACITY to ask for a tip. And on top of that, MY FOOD WAS COLD.
Is this how you treat your clients, I am a customer for over 2 years with this company and was treated poorly. I WAS NOT EVEN OFFERED A DISCOUNT ON THE ORDER OR GIVEN ANY SORT OF REMORSE FOR THE WAY IN WHICH I WAS TREATED.
UNTIL THIS ISSUE IS RESOLVED I WILL NO LONGER BE ATTENDING THIS COMPANY AND WILL CONTINUE TO BRING UP THIS ISSUE.

So when I at 920pm ordered through the app the notification never came through that they are processing my order so when I called them first was on hold for 20minutes when I hit option 2 I was so upset I called again and hit the 0 then a guy comes on the phone says hello I explained to him that I placed and order he asked me multiple times what my name and address then he says he cannot find the order. I said should I can Uber está because my cc was charged already he says I guess so and so I said fine I will write a review literally second after I hang up the order went through the app. I finally get my order at 1055 Ms daña the driver was so nice I gave her a good tip but when I got to my room and saw my order I honestly didn’t even eat it. Everything was cold and instead of wings they send me chicken bites with no curtisycall at soltó see if I wanted to take that instead not even a call to tell me that they originally received my order . Next thing you know it says that the pizza was delivered never knocked on the door didn’t call the phone number that I left when ordering called the store six times never spoke to anybody even tried it. The extension for managers got put directly on hold for over 15 minutes each time I would never suggest going to this location. It would be a waste of your time.
