Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Deerfield Beach

Uncooked & cold crazy bread. Sauce cup half empty. Lack of customer service. 1 🌟 given because the pizza was actually not burnt this time.

I've been to this location several times over the years. It used to be good, got bad, then good again, and now going down hill yet again. According to the time the app said the food should be ready for pickup between 7:38-7:43...I got there at 7:53 and my code didn't work. Although not acknowledged with "how can I help you, or I'll be right with you," before the 2 guys walked away, again... I asked one of them if I could ask him a question about the code before he left again. I showed him my code, and he asked my name. He looked at the register and said he couldn't tell.. he said, "I don't know, it must not be ready." I asked if he knew when it would, and he said no and walked away. 8:08 - still not acknowledging me or other customers that came in...instead of asking if I was picking up, the other guy places the food in the pizza bin. They gave a half empty cup of sauce for the crazy bread. When I asked the guy he looked and all of them were like that. They used to fill it to the brim. Yet still charging 1.07 for less(smh). I asked the Mgr Milly, and she insisted the same. Get in the car pull off, my daughter opens the crazy bread to eat a piece and says it's cold. Pulls out another, and that's cold. I fill the bag and they're all cold. I hope all locations are not the same. This is the closest location to us. We will no longer patronize this location. If any others are the same, we will completely stop going to Little Cesar's. Please do...

I literally went to lunch today at this time today. It was such a horrible experience I felt like I was a disturbance to walk through the door. When I walk through the door which has an alarm to notify the workers that someone is present I saw another gentleman in front of me waiting for the cashier. Another lady walked in behind me so now we were three people waiting on one cashier. today is Tuesday and its 1:30 in the afternoon this is really not a busy time considering lunch has already passed. However after waiting for several minutes without getting any acknowledgment I decided to speak up and ask if there are any people running the front today. The lady with an attitude said she is the only one working both the front and the back and if someone orders a pizza she has to go to the back as well to go make it. She had a horrible attitude as if I was trying to rush her however I wasn't trying to rush her I was just trying to make sure I was acknowledged because I was sitting there waiting and no one said anything. They only looked at us and kept on with their work period I have visited many Little Caesars in the past however this one is a disgrace. The fact that the workers have an opportunity to catch attitude with the customer is unacceptable. I hope this lady wasn't the manager because if she is then she seriously needs to be replaced because she is causing me to never return to This Little...

I waited over 30 minutes to be constantly ignored by the employees, have other customers cutting in front of me, all while waiting for a prepaid for, pre-ordered pizza that was not put into the pickup order warmer.

After trying to get one of the employees attention because she was walking to the back over and over finally an another employee came out to help and said it wasn't in the pickup warmer because something about a coupon? Which didn't make any sense or had anything to do with my order or my payment, instead of just accepting the fact that they messed up and apologize or try to make it right. They rather just make some stupid. Excuse on, why you had to wait for something you paid for as you're starving. I would rather go to a place that I haven't gone in years which would be, McDonald's or even hot dogs from a GD 7/11 then ever go to this busted location again.

There are plenty of people looking for work and need that need money to live. To all of the employees that work at this location, if the job makes you that much more of a miserable person, where you're mentally checked out, and don't care about anybody but yourself please just do the whole neighborhood a favor...
