RUST & Co. — Local services in Delapre Township

Ordered a ~$100 denim jacket online from this local store that I believe is locally owned, I do like to shop local as much as possible. The jacket was a stiff denim, not a comfortable material and was not a good fit, very boxy and unflattering. I took it back, tag on and unworn with the receipt and was denied a return due to their 14-day return policy. The owner told me I was at 3.5 weeks and could not return the item. I asked if I could receive store credit since I saw the very same jacket on a nearby rack, they could restock and resell it. Nope. That request was also denied. What store won’t take back an unworn, tagged item with proof of purchase, or at least do a store credit within 30 days of purchase? I will not ever shop this store again. And will recommend the same to my friends and family. Ironic how the big box stores are more reasonable and have a better customer experience than this...

Excellent customer service! The owner reached out directly to me after an item I order was no longer available and provided me with a discount code for my next purchase due to the inconvenience. He then a few days later reached out to let me know the item I had tried to order would be available in a different color. I had never ordered anything from here before and was directed to the store when searching for the item online. I will moving forward absolutely shop Rust and Co! LOVE this store!!!! I've shopped a few times when I've been in Sioux Falls. Awesome selection - what I expect to see at Nordstrom's or Bloomingdale's. Better yet, the staff, ALWAYS friendly and helpful!!! So glad to be able to shop online; I'm not sure how long they've been doing this, but started following on Facebook and Instagram and have found some very cute things!!!! The shipping speed is amazing; always packaged nice and a nice thank you card included to boot!!! Love supporting this fine...
