I’ve purposely waited over two weeks to write this review to see if I had any issues after I left their store. Not a single problem. No pain since doing the piercing and I actually forget I even have it as there are no complications. I showed up at 12 pm since google stated that they were open and no one was there. Messaged the number on the window after I saw it did say by appointments not only on their window but online (I should of done better looking their hours up) and Brandon even dropped lunch with his family and ate on the road so I wasn’t waiting too long. He even mentioned in his text that they appreciated my business, boy let me tell you the rest of my story supports that 100%. My money and time was appreciated and I was truly listened to. My main fear when I go into any tattoo or piercing shop is always the stand off and rude looks. Not only was I greeted with a smile, but he was so friendly. Yes the price is a bit more than other places, but I truly think this is what makes the difference in you get what you pay for. Worth every cent to pay for his time and knowledge. I stated my past experience with piercings and he helped me figure out what was best for my skin. And even better I didn’t feel rushed, if anything I felt like I rushed him. The sanitation was phenomenal. I expected a normal alcohol wipe and that’s all. Nope, he showed me how the jewelry worked. Made sure I liked it. Explained how the piercing was going to go and then not only showed me on this paper that it showed it was sanitized but also iodine my nose. As he is talking about everything to watch for, what to do and not to do I could tell this isn’t just a job or career. He was talking about his passion which made me even more at ease and trusting of him. Just the way he spoke and on what topics I could tell he has put in more time researching and learning from others than just at work. This man has had to spend many nights up late into the morning learning not only what to do but what not to do. Very very professional and kind. I will not let anyone else put a needle through me that isn’t him or a nurse. I’m actually excited to go back for another. Which leads me to my next point. He won’t do something that your body isn’t going to take to well. We talked about getting my belly ring done again as the first time didn’t go well. Starting off he made sure to mention to me that if it isn’t going to sit in my body how it needs to he won’t do it. Shows that he cares more about his clients and integrity of his work than...

I moved to Sioux Falls from Denver two years ago, and was underwhelmed with the lack of reputable + boutique piercing studios here. I tried a few places in town and had mid/poor experiences. One of my coworkers recommended Kind Find and all I can say is WOW. From booking to consult, the process was seamless and easy. The studio is appointment only, so you have dedicated time to spend working with Brandon on your piercing goals. Brandon spent time showing me every step - calling me to discuss before hand, looking at + picking jewelry (all high quality pieces carried here), showing me the sterilization process, measuring, etc. it’s clear that he doesn’t cut corners. I didn’t feel rushed and he answered all my questions thoughtfully and honestly. He was not pushy in any way, and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my choices.

Brandon is highly knowledgeable about piercings and body anatomy, intentional with his work, and genuine throughout the process. I really wouldn’t consider going anywhere else from here on out. He’s the real deal.
