Terrible experience we had. No customer service skills with the two workers we had contact with. We came in with my family for my daughters birthday and after ordering, sat down. Soon after we were told to move by Greg (as he says) to a different spot as they already cleaned that area for the night and didn’t want anyone sitting there. We moved to a different part of the dining area with no problem. After settling in, getting our coats out, boosters for kids and a high chair, Greg comes up again telling us we need to move to another spot since that area has been cleaned already. We have a big family, so we had already moved the table together so we can all fit on one spot as well. We told him that we already got settled in here with all the kids and are sitting and said to ask his manager if we can sit here since we were sure he would approve. The manager (Paul) was actually standing next to him and said “I’m the manager” and made us move anyways and told us we are not allowed to move tables, and we could go home to eat. We got up to move and noticed the only place that could seat our family was dirty even though a sign was placed saying it has been sanitized. We told the workers we don’t know where to sit as all the other tables are dirty. They said we’ll clean them. Before they cleaned them, Greg places our ice cream on the dirty table. We tell him to please not set it on a dirty table. He rolls his eyes and says it’s on a napkin. Then keeps on spraying with his spray that is going into the ice cream. The table still had ketchup on it and the seats had a bunch of crumbs. Then, they bring us our food and forgot the birthday girls kids meal. This was definitely not a good experience. Nobody even apologized for everything that went wrong. Also, a couple sat near us after some people left and nobody wiped the tables after the previous people left. Again, there was a Sign saying it has been “sanitized”.

Today my friend, husband, and I were waited on by a charming young man. He took our orders correctly; brought our food and handed it to each of us correctly; and, met any needs we had as he was able (your store needed Sweet-n-Low for diabetics). He came to the lobby and cleaned tables between orders and his uniform was clean and neat. I had him call his manager over and told his manager his service and work were awesome. I explained I didn't know the young man's name. The manager said he needs to get Richard a name tag. :)
I was impressed with the staff at this DQ. It's a nice new store, too. The young lady at the counter took my $5 hamburger lunch order but didn't know how to punch in fry no salt, so she turned and told the young men in the back "that chicken strip has a fry no salt," but when I corrected her, she said she was sorry and turned back to correct it with them. After taking my order, she asked if I would like my blizzard capped since it were to go. I told her it was ok with no lid. When I returned with my drink, she was putting my dessert in a drink tray. I asked for a small plastic cup, and she asked if I needed a second spoon. I didn't, it was to give my dog water in. 🙂 Next, I saw the young man bagging my order take a few napkins and place them over my very hot fries and put them in the bag. I told him I appreciated him using the napkins in order not to touch my fries. He thanked me and told me to have a good day. So, I had a napkin which caught a little grease and two more to use. I like people who pay attention to details, show initiative, and ask...
Read moreI know it’s not the locations fault , it comes from corporate . But remember how good the pumpkin pie blizzards used to be … now it’s highly artificially flavored yuk . And the Graham cracker crust that you used to use was delicious ribbons of real Graham cracker crushed crust , now it is chunks of crackers , square cracker chunks that are nothing even remotely close to a crushed up crust that was in the original pumpkin blizzard . Tastes like an animal cracker . The whole blizzard is an over sweetened orange mess of artificial flavoring , and crunchy hard big cracker pieces that resemble no crust I have ever made , bought or had . YUK , why is fast food going to hell in a hand basket , especially when consumers are paying big bucks for this horrible food . Edit here … just went through the previous reviews , and it is hilariously obvious that this store doesn’t care about customers or their complaints .. there “relations team “ writes the exact same thing on all the negative reviews .. you know how you end this madness . Don’t give them your business . And mean it!! We spend 50 plus bucks a week here as it’s right around the corner ....
