I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service at Flyboy Donuts! I had placed an online order for Christmas Eve pickup, but when my husband picked it up, he accidentally got the wrong items. The staff noticed my order was still there and called to let me know. When I realized the mix-up, I called back and explained that I couldn't make it back there before they closed due to an appointment.

Instead of simply leaving it at that, they went above and beyond-they offered to stay after the closing time AND ended up driving to my nail salon to personally deliver my order. Not only that, but they surprised the salon staff with a big box of donuts as well!

Their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made my day (and everyone else's at the salon too). It's rare to find such thoughtful and dedicated customer service these days. I failed to review a year ago. My first and last experience with flyboys was ordering donuts to be delivered with instructions that we were a crew working on the outside of the house and not the homeowners. The delivery driver left the donuts at the door for the owners and rang their doorbell. The owners ate our donuts. I called flyboys to complain and they claimed it was the correct address and not their fault. This was a special order and cost me extra. I never saw my money back and I never tried their donuts. I hate flyboys service. I was told I would receive a call from the manager, who never did call. I lost money and and experience. I share this with all the people I know because this company failed and did not take responsibility for their actions. After reading reviews it is very clear that their excuse for doing what they do is that they are a small family owned business. The least they could do is a refund when the donuts are bad.
