Let it Fly Sports Bar — Restaurant in Delapre Township

We got seated a few minutes before 12:30. By 12:35pm at the latest our server had taken our orders. We waited until nearly 2pm and we still have not gotten our food yet! At the beginning our server checked in a few times and her excuse at first was “Sorry, we are just so new, the kitchen is still figuring out how to efficiently get everyone’s food out.” We were very understanding. Then each time we asked about our food it was a different excuse. She told us the food was coming, then another time it was that “everything is computerized and there was a glitch”. We asked for a manager and he didn’t even care to make it right, just told us “it’s coming out soon”. We asked if our order had even been started yet. He said he didn’t know and hadn’t been back there in awhile. We asked him to find out. After nearly being there for nearly 1.5 hours without our food, the server came out with our food boxed up and said “your bill is 100% covered, here’s your food” and very rudely tossed it on the table. I ordered the chicken sandwich which was supposed to come with honey mustard and aioli sauce. The bun was rock hard. I certainly did not eat this food because I wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in it. One of the people in our party didn’t even get his order! I was visiting from out of town and family was super excited to check this place out, I was so disappointed and traumatized from this experience. I understand they have kinks to work out since it’s their first week, but for them to be so completely rude and unapologetic was...

Probably the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. It took 15 minutes after sitting down before my wife went to the host stand to ask on of the 5 teenage hosts if we had a server assigned to our table. When he showed up, he took our drink order, then disappeared for ten more minutes before taking our order. Eventually, our appetizer came out, which was pulled pork nachos. The nachos did not even have cheese on them and were essentially chips topped with jalapeños, coarse chopped lettuce and onions. After about 20 minutes, my wife had to go to the bar to order our second round of drinks. We still hadn’t seen our server since taking our order 35 minutes prior. About ten minutes after my wife came back with our drinks, our server came over to ask if we were ready to order. Once he realized that he took our order nearly 40 minutes ago, he backpedaled, stating that he “just wanted to make sure that’s what we ordered”. At this point, after over an hour in this joint, we decided to cancel our order and leave. Not once did we see and leadership or management. There were definitely an abundance of teenage workers at the host stand, running food and busing tables, but the servers that we saw were clearly incredibly overwhelmed and in the weeds. The ambiance in the place was terrible too. Dark and low brow. To think that this place replaced a vibrant Caribbean place with amazing food and better service absolutely blows my mind. I’ll be surprised if this place lasts...

Update 7/23: Got to update my review and give them props for a really good experience. Stopped in for drink on humid hot day. Just wanted a drink and ended up ordering the meatballs as an appetizer. Had fantastic service and the meatballs were so good that I grabbed an order to take home. Had the Bahama mama and it was much better than the last drink. I would definitely explore this place again after.

We've been driving past for since the place was under construction. Finally decided we need to go in and have a drink. Made it there on Fathers Day since the parking lot was nearly empty. Inside there was maybe 30 people. Walked in and the atmosphere is what I expected and is very nicely done inside. Tap beer selection was pretty light for a sports bar. You can see a tv from any direction which would be cool for any sporting event, but rap music was blasting on and on which was annoying and obnoxious. Dude it is not a night club. Gal cleaning the tables outside spilled water on the floor and was clueless when we told her someone is going to slip and fall and she looked at us in total amazement and never came back to clean it up. I mean she is caring full glasses of water and could have just dumped it in the bushes on the desk...Kinda clueless. Finally the bartender came around and wiped up the spill. My drink sucked and was watery and we didn't want to get any food here. Who is in charge here?!Not sure...
